More restriction for use and cleaning of pan
There are a lot of restriction on how to use and clean this pan than were stated in the advertisement. The rest of this review was taken from the instructions – This Stainless Steel pan is safe and non-toxic , BUT IT IS NOT A COMPLETELY NON-STICK PAN. Avoid detergent residue as it may corrode the surface of the pan. Avoid direct rinsing of hot pans with cold water and rapid temperature changes. The most important thing is to preheat the pan to the right temperature. Add oil when the temperature is high enough to keep the food from stick to the inside bottom of the pan. Heat the pan up on medium to small power first. After use let the pan cool before cleaning to avoid damaging the pan. If the sticky food in the pan is not easy to remove you can add water to the pan to boil, white vinegar can be added if available. Distribute the heat evenly in the with a mild detergent. – It is recommended to use a wooden spatula, please cook over low to medium heat.
