Easy to use, glides smoothly, and feels nice over sore areas post lipo. I use it over a thin material. It seems some hardness had softened or decreased after I used it. And hoping it’ll keep it that way.I recommend light massages with your hands and using this ball lightly daily, even twice a day or whenever you can to keep your fascia soft.
