Remote magnet way too weak
Overall this has a very nice feel and worked well. But, and this is a big but, the wireless remote portion of the device is held on with magnets that aren’t nearly strong enough and it would fall off way too easily. At home this isn’t a problem, you just go pick it up. Outside where many photos are taken, not so good. I returned it because I knew it would fall off and I’d lose it and without the remote it’s useless.

Very comfortable
Works like a charm as long as your phone has MagSafe and your phone case allows for mag safe. Solid magnets. Holds phones steady and the handle is comfortable in your hand. Very handy

Had great hopes for this but ended up being somewhat disappointed
I took this on a recent vacation and planned on using it for trying to get better, more stable pictures and videos with my phone. It’s a little weird to pair with the phone using bluetooth. But I was able to eventually get it paired correctly. After pairing, it seemed to work fairly well but there was a bit of a lag at times when pressing the shutter button. The handle did seem to connect pretty securely to my mag-safe iPhone 14 Pro. It didn’t feel like it was in danger of falling off so I was fairly happy with that.However… I would put the handle in my bag when not in use and the remote / trigger is made to detach from the main base. And it is really loosely in there to begin with so it would constantly fall out and when I’d reach in to my bag to get the handle, I found that the remote would be missing. So it didn’t end up being used as a shutter and was only able to be used as an extra handle. And then after a while, the trigger stopped firing the pictures. I don’t know if it lost power, wasn’t connected, or what. I tried charging it and trying to re-pair it but I couldn’t ever get it working again.Eventually I just stopped using it altogether because I got tired of having to hunt down the small remote trigger in my bag whenever I wanted to use it. And then once it stopped connecting to my phone, it made it even more useless. It would kind of work as a handle alone but didn’t seem like it dramatically improved the experience enough to fight with it every time I wanted to use it.I guess if yours stays paired to the phone or if you’re really just trying to use it from a tripod mount, then maybe your experience may be better than might. But for on-the-go use where you’re pulling it in and out of a bag, it ended up being a bit of a disappointment.

Works great on my Android, more features than I expected
This thing works great! I wanted a phone holder for my tripod. When it arrived and I saw that it worked with iPhone Mag Cases — I was concerned. Worked out fine. I have an Android with Otter Box case. This product came with a self-adhesive metal ring to affix on the outside of my Otter Box case. So the magnetic connection would stick the phone case to the device. The ring is low profile and I donât mind it â so for me, not an issue. But you may want to consider if it would be for you. (See pictures.) All that said, features/function/quality of construction â all great. Be sure to charge it and pair it with your phone via Bluetooth so that the button works with your camera. The control button piece snaps off the device so it is also a remote control. Once it snaps off, you can also see the USB connection to charge it â it comes with a USB cable. Press the button and take a picture or video. Great for hands-free. One minor point: most tripods have a screw and a locating pin. This device has the screw hole, but not a hole for the locating pin. It works fine anyways, but this small improvement is a good idea. (See pictures.)

How in world is this product supposed to work when has a small ring of adhesive and not strong enough to hold phone unless you remain motionless during use.Made mistake of throwing away packaging and donât know if I can return. This makes two mistakes with kind of item. Best maybe to deal with Temu
