Just as slippery as mat
I really dislike this towel. I needed a towel for hot yoga because my mat is like a slip and slide from sweating. This towel didnât help at all. I almost busted my butt doing three legged dog. The towel slipped right out from underneath my foot.Itâs super thin with no grip at all.

I recently purchased the MIAOMIAO Non-Slip Hot Yoga Towel Set and was pleasantly surprised by its performance. The microfiber material is super absorbent, which makes it perfect for hot yoga or any sweat-intensive workout. At 24.5″ x 72″, it fits my standard yoga mat perfectly, covering it entirely BUT does not stay truly secure in place during more dynamic movements (which makes sense because of the price).The anti-slip design is a standout feature, that does not work well with socks. I bought this as I due hot yoga a couple times per week. I used it a couple times, but I did not like how it would not stay in place on my mat. It is a good size and feels nice, but not great for using during active flow yoga.
