Beautiful couch
I love it. Got it in dusty rose and the color is gorgeous the fabric is great. Very comfortable. The only thing i dislike is having to fluff it after sitting on it, but a couple pats and its back to how it was. Would highly recommend. Gorgeous gorgeous couch

I am very pleased with this ottoman. Size, color and comfort level while still having some structural integrity were all on point. (I ordered the 4pc matching sectional, and this additional ottoman) The pillow part of the ottoman is densely stuffed, comfortable and the velvet material is soft and sturdy.It also arrived fairly quick, about a week. It was a nice surprise to see the metal hardware already in place to use in flexible configuration of my entire sectional, or I can simply leave it unattached as the additional ottoman. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase!

Pills already
I first purchased this sofa through home threads. I threw away the original packaging and therefore they would not allow me to return even if I pay a 10% restocking fee. So Iâm stuck with an uncomfortable sofa. Material feels like an outdoor furniture/Jean like material. I needed the sofa to be longer because it was not long enough so I purchased an extra piece from Amazon. The one from Amazon, the filling is a lot more comfortable but I already started seeing pills. Just got it delivered a few days ago. If I was able to return the one from home threads, I would return the one I purchased through Amazon as well. The one good thing is that Amazon will pick it up for free within the return time period. And itâs the same supplier. Donât recommend.

So soft and high quality!
I absolutely love this ottoman. I have been looking for an affordable white ottoman to go with my couch and I bought this when it went on sale and itâs been the best purchase. Itâs so soft and plush, I even prefer to sleep/lay on it over my actual sofa. My dog peed on it recently and the cover was thick and waterproof so it did not soak into the actual cushion part. Washing the cover was very easy- on a delicate cycle and dried even quicker than I expected. Love this and would buy it again. The velvet fabric is also so soft.

Arrived with no legs (missing legs)
We like the look – basically white and sturdy. But we can not comment on the comfort since it arrived without legs/pegs. Amazon was amazing in how quickly they responded to our call; however, they asked us to contact the manufacturer directly which we have done half a dozen times, via email and phone calls. Today we finally received the parts BUT they are for a wrong model. Calling them again and starting all over again with their request send an email then take the pictures sent (apparently they don’t know what they sent). It is kind of getting tiring.

I was extremely hesitant to order furniture online again after a mishap a little less then a year ago but boy am I glad I did. I purchased 3 of these chairs and turned them into a corner sectional for my living room. The boxes arrived packaged very neatly and putting these things together was a breeze. The hardest part was deciding which angle to position the couch in that I liked best!
