Our Mora Story
Mora was founded on the belief that we all deserve more from life. Inspired by her personal mental health journey, Alix created Mora to encourage others to embrace radical self-care through their daily rituals. Each piece is designed in Minneapolis and thoughtfully crafted for everyday moments of relaxation – whatever that looks like for you.

LEAD FREE ALL NATURAL GLAZE: We know that lead is a poison, but what some of us don’t know is that it is in a lot of ceramic glazes, since there is no US regulation for lead in adult products. Unlike other ceramic companies, our glazes are lead free, meaning you will never have to worry about lead leaching into your system and making you sick. Since our glaze is all-natural, it tends to change color depending on the lighting. The color may be a tad different from what you see on your screen.
CRYSTALLIZED SCRATCH RESISTANT FORMULA: Our glaze is extra strong to prevent scratches from your knives and forks. Only we produce a crystallized glossy glaze that is strong enough to resist scratches under 1000 grams of pressure.

Beautiful and light.
I wanted to add to my current supply of Gordon Ramsay 8″ salad plates, but didn’t want to spend almost 15.00 USD a plate. These are very beautiful and much lighter, although they are a bit smaller. I would love to ditch all my current dinner plates and buy the matching Mora ceramic ones at some point.Durable and pretty. I like the personal touch in the packing. Thank you.

Good quality, pleasing colors
I have assorted dinner plates in various “fall” shades of browns, greens, tans, blue. I was looking for some salad or side plates to complement the dinner plates. These do the job very nicely. They’re slightly bigger than the other few side plates I have, which I like — they’re excellent for using at breakfast with eggs/bacon, etc., never mind as salad or side plates with dinner. And the colors are very pleasant. I also like that they have raised edges. And they were a pretty decent price. I have no complaints at all.
