The BEST cleansing creme
Found this great product at WalMart…never to be seen there again. Madly searched on Amazon! Eureka! I love adding moisture as I cleanse and it’s just as great on make up days OR no make up days. I can’t live without it!

Great Product
I have never used a balm before, but decided that I wanted to try one. I decided to try the balm from Neutrogena since I use the Neutrogena retinol face and eye creams. I LOVE this balm! It makes my makeup just melt off, even the stubborn waterproof eye makeup. It leaves my skin sooooo soft even before I add the face creams on. If you are debating on if you should try this, just go for it. You will love it!

Looking for new Makeup Remover
I don’t wear foundation, so this review is for waterproof eye makeup removal. A little goes a long way, and it does seem to “melt” your eye makeup off with little to no smell. I’ve been looking for a replacement for Mary Kay Oil Free Eye Makeup Remover for years, I don’t want to fund their MLM machine, but haven’t found anything else that works, doesn’t smell horrible, and doesn’t sting my eyes. This product works, but if you get it in your eye, it really, really stings for a few seconds. So I’m very careful and deliberate with placement of the product and to not open my eye until it’s wiped off. I do one eye at a time. I don’t scrub with anything but my clean fingers. Not excited about this being the best possible replacement for my decades long staple (and I’ve tried almost everything at this point), but if it works and doesn’t fund the MLM machine I’ll continue to buy it.

Very disappointed with this- it went right in the trash!
I am someone who uses cleansing oil or balm every day to ensure my sunscreen has been removed thoroughly- this to say, this ain’t my first rodeo. I applied it as you normally would and massaged into my dry face, then got into the shower to attempt rinsing it. Unlike many balms, this did not turn milky or rinse away cleanly. It remained a greasy film on my face. With a bit of time in the shower, it finally rinsed adequately that I could do my second step (Rice Water Bright foam). After I patted myself dry, my face began to burn…and turned red…and itchy. I thought maybe this balm was drying so I slathered on moisturizer but my face continued burning and itching. I ended up tossing this in the trash and applying cortisone. I will spend at least a week trying to repair my barrier now. I usually like Neutrogena products but this is a definite miss and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Strong, unpleasant scent. Stings eyes.
I bought this after I could no long find Albolene micellar milk. It’s okay, but not great at make up removal. What’s really awful is the smell – It has a very strong, unpleasant scent. It also stings my eyes a lot more than other micellar products I’ve used. I would not recommend the product.

Perfect first step of my skincare routine
After several trial and errors with different products I randomly came across the cleansing jelly a few years ago. Itâs my go to for removing makeup and part one of my double cleansing routine. I have very acne prone skin and this not only doesnât irritate it, it makes my skin feel great. I have combination skin that leans more towards oily, and this works well with my skin. Iâve tried the milk as well but itâs not nearly as good as the jelly. I would recommend this to anyone who might be looking into starting a double cleansing routine!

Easily melts makeup away!
I have sensitive eyes and I have used many different makeup removers in my lifetime. Neutrogena Micellular Cleansing Milk does not disappoint. I do wish the formula was a bit thicker, but their thicker gel formula burned my eyes. Simply squeeze about a quarter size dollop on finger tips (both hands) and rub it over your face, concentrating on eyes, using both index and long fingers to rub in circular motions. Use a warm wet washcloth to remove any final traces of the “melted” mascara, foundation concealers, eyeshadow, eye and lip liners, It literally melts the mascara right off, you will be able to tell by the feel of your lashes when they are clean. Just for the record, I do not use waterproof mascara. When your eyes are sensitive as mine, you find brands that don’t cause irritation and you stick with them. No greasy films like oils or petroleum jelly. If you don’t love this, contact Neutrogena, they stand behind their products!
