1 Clean Before Use
Fill a pan eight full with water, pour in a small amount of white vinegar, turn up the heat and cook until it boils, then turn off the heat and leave to let the pan cool slightly. White vinegar helps to descale, deodorise and sterilise the pan, and after the pan has cooled down, you can slightly brush the inside with a soft sponge soaked in vinegar water to remove any impurities.
Just rinse off the white vinegar and dirt with plenty of warm water and finally dry the pan. The reason for using warm water is to prevent the temperature difference from damaging the material of the pan.
2 Control the Fire When Using
Stainless steel cookware conducts heat quickly and can be used over medium-low heat when cooking, which on the one hand saves gas, on the other hand reduces sticking and smudging, and avoids browning on the bottom of the pan.
3 Cool it down before you wash it.
Just after cooking food pots and pans, we recommend cooling down before cleaning, the temperature instantaneous change is too large may make the stainless steel pots and pans material damage, or even deformation;
4 Keep Dry After Use
Please wash and dry thoroughly after each use to avoid food grease residue, warm water washing effect is better.

First impressions: Just received, cleaned and seasoned it. The pan was easy to assemble with the tools included in the package. The pan is very well constructed and is (in my opinion) just like the HexClad which I purchased and returned many years ago. I currently use Cuisinart All Stainless cookware with no issues and I purchased this for my wife so she doesnât have to be concerned about food sticking to the pan. I also like the fact that it works on induction stoves since we have both a smooth glass top and induction. I have tested the pan in a cooking situation and it performed well. If something is not good about the pan, I will update the review.

Great for Fajitas, Bad for Eggs
So I didn’t understand the hex pattern and was looking for a new frying pan.First test was scrambled eggs. Result? Meh. They, perhaps unsurprisingly, stuck.Second test was onions & peppers for fajitas. Result? Wonderful char, beautifully smoky, really wonderful result.

Nice, Quality Pan
Nice quality, nonstick pan option with a unique design. They used a water-soluble coating, with a surface that features a raised six sided textured pattern or honeycomb carving. I love that this is nontoxic and free from several harmful substances they use these days. Although I do prefer all stainless steel this is a great alternative. Definitely best not to use anything with Teflon! Does require a little assembly. You have to attach the handle. No big deal. The handle is long, which helps it to remain cool when cooking. Durable and solid construction. Oven safe. Worth the money for sure. I really like this pan, I recommend!

An Amazing Nonstick Stainless Steel Frying Pan with Lid
I love this pan as it meets all of my criteria in a perfect pan. It has a lid, dishwasher safe, BPA free, and can be used on an induction oven. It is really hard to find pans that meet all of the criteria and when I used it, it was the most seamless cooking experience along with easy cleanup! It is a great pan for anyone that is a beginner in the kitchen or simply a professional in the kitchen!

Great if used correctly.
This pan works well as long as you use a bit of oil and don’t get it too hot. It is not as non stick as the coated pans but as long as it’s used properly it works perfectly. It is much better for searing meat than the coated non stick pans.

Didn’t pass my omelet test for non stick.
I cook omelets regularly and am always looking for a quality pan where they will not stick. I try to cook without oil, and the egg mix I use (vegan), stuck to the pan and had to be washed out. The next Omelet I made I used oil and it still stuck to the pan as much as the first. Once it soaked in some water, it cleaned easily. I did cook some bolognese sauce it it after my omelet experiment, and that went well, and cleaned up easily. So I will still use the pan, but sad it didn’t handle the non-stick that I wanted it to. The other thing I didn’t expect was getting a pan that required assembly. it came with the needed tools, so it wasn’t a big deal and probably saves costs on packaging and shipping, so that is understandable. The best thing about the pan is, it’s rather beautiful with the designs on the inside and bottom. Oh and this worked fine on my induction cook top, which is always a concern.

I ordered this Toutrop Non-Stick Stainless Steel Frying Pan last week.I had never used a Stainless Steel nonstick pan before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, this pan surprised me with its exceptional nonstick quality. I made some French toast in it, and the egg and bread just slipped right off without sticking at all. Cleaning up was a breeze, even with notoriously tricky ingredients like eggs. This nonstick pan is fantastic for its nonstick performance and easy cleanup.
