It’s very wide!
It’s big and serves its purpose. Too big to fit my cupboard. However it fits in drawer under oven.

top arrived all scratched, it’s about as large as my
top arrived all scratched, it’s about as large as my bread baker. I purchased to use for the individual loaf rise but it’s the same height as the bowl I use, just much wider…I was hoping for an easier transfer to the preheated bread baker. It’s almost as wide as my bread baker so I don’t know if I should use it for fermenting/rise.

Very good quality and price = great value.
This bowl has a great size and shape for lots of uses – making salads, prepping veggies for roasting, maybe for mixing large quantities of batter for cookies, cakes or breads. It’s sturdy, though not heavy. The well fitting lid is a great bonus.

Beware!
Loved it for about 3 weeks for my salads then while it was sitting in the cabinet, it exploded into a million pieces! I saw other reviewers who said the same but I assumed they had to have done something to make it explode but nope! I’m sad bc I really liked its size and the lid.

Big! Perfect for party foods
Where I live, they are called “carry ins”. Call it what you want – I’m bring my potato salad to the party in this beautiful bowl. Glass is thick and feels like Pyrex. Lid snaps on and seems securely sealed. This bowl is perfect!
