Sturdy, As pictured, Easy Set-up
This is a review for the Fanye 82”, 7 pillow, reversible chaise sleeper sofa, color: beige. I bought this sofa for an extra bedroom for my daughter to use as a lounge room and for additional sleeping for guests. It arrived on time (less than a week) in 2 shipments (one day apart) of 3 boxes. Two boxes are large and heavy (70 lbs). It arrived undamaged with all parts and instructions included. My daughter and I assembled it in less than an hour. You basically add legs to the chaise and 2 arms and legs/wheels to the preassembled pull out section. The arms slide into brackets on each end of the couch and the chaise slides into brackets on the sleeper portion. It has one charging area with 2 different ports on the arm of the chaise. It looks just as pictured and has a study feel to it. The sleeper portion pulls out very easily and pops up with no problem. The seat cushion are a bit stiff, but we expected that. The back cushions were ready out of the box and appear to have removable covers (looks like a zipper area in the back but I haven’t verified). My daughter is very pleased with it. I was hoping it might be a bit darker beige, but it looks just as pictured on Amazon. I will update this post if we have any issues.

Quality product, very stiff cushions, slightly uncomfortable
Came in three large boxes, slightly damaged during shipping but no damage to product. Fabric is soft, bottom cushions are very stiff. Pillows and back rests are soft. Assembly was easy. Took about an hour to unbox and assemble. Some small pulls in fabric here and there and the seams for the side pieces seen to be pulling apart. Very small imperfections just being 100% honest. The couch sits high and you feel slightly tilted forward on the section without the chase. Once you pop up the ottoman up it is very comfortable to lounge on. I’ll update the review after a few weeks of use.9.11.24 UPDATECouch is very small width wise. I’m 5’9 189 pounds and laying down on it normally, it feels like I’m going to fall off. The chase is very short and my feet almost hang off the end when sitting normally. I wouldn’t buy this for an everyday, all the time use. If you are looking for an occasional use, place for guests to sleep, this is probably an OK option. Also, the usb and usb-c ports are terrible. I plugged my USB – C cord into it then into my phone and it said check your cable because there might be a problem. Tried another cable, same thing, barely charges the phone. The USB slot is the same way, barely charges the phone.

Don’t waste your money like we did!
The first day or so the pull out part worked great but now it gets stuck. It’s very hard for me to pull it out and even my husband has trouble. The couch itself is stiff. I wouldn’t recommend this couch to anyone. I feel as though I have wasted over $700 and Amazon was of no help because they wanted us to take it back apart and box it up(boxes are not useable anymore). They didn’t offer any kind of refund not even a partial refund so horrible experience all the way around. Waste of money.

We bought this for our dogs.
This couch looks great and it was easy to put together. We bought it to replace the couch our dogs use when we are at work. However, the cushions are not very soft. This is not something I would want to sit on for very long, but the dogs like it. So, it is still a win!
