Well made, easy to clean and works well on my induction stove top
This is a well made non-stick pan that is fast becoming my go-to skillet. I am using a induction stove top. I can get a great sear on a Sues vide steak in just a few minutes in a bit of bacon fat with this pan and just wipe it out and a quick wash with dish soap. It is a bit more expensive then the majority of the non stick pans, but I feel it is well worth the extra cost. Being stainless steal instead of Aluminum on the outside is a plus for me. I have the 12 inch pan and plan on purchasing a smaller one soon.

This pan is a waste of money.
We bought this pan as an upgrade to the cheaper nonstick pans we have been using. Those pans typically last a year or so and cost $25. This time we thought lets get something nicer that will last. Well this pan lasted a few weeks and cost 4x as much. After cleaning it per the instructions (mild detergent and soft sponge) we tried cooking some scrambled eggs, using coconut oil and they stuck. So we cleaned it again and tried again, this time with peanut oil and more of it. They still stuck. Fried rice, stuck. Pesto pasta, sticky mess. Pan fried vegetables, sticky burnt on crust. Basically anything we tried stuck. None of this was an issue with our older cheaper nonstick pans.So I tried using more oil, letting the oil get hotter before putting anything in the pan, everything still stuck. Basically the only way to get things not to stick was to use an excessive amount of oil, defeating the purpose of a nonstick pan.Within weeks the coating started to deteriorate making it impossible to clean without anything abrasive, which you are not supposed to do.Finally this morning, after less than 90 days, I threw the pan in the trash. $100 wasted. To be honest, Iâll never buy anything like this from Amazon again. At Costco I could have taken it back and gotten my money back. With Amazon there is little to no support after the return window is closed.

Unbelievable, This is my first Amazon review. I am blown away at every detail of this pan.
This OXO nonstick ceramic pan is simply the best non-stick cookware I have ever seen or used anwhere. Not only does this pan feel like solid quality in both design and weight, it heats perfectly even. I have been hesitant to invest in a non stick based on the original teflon products and others that just kind of had a weird finish. This pan is far superior in every way. Cooking , Cleaning and Visually beautiful . I love the ceramic coating and the way it heats so intensely but does not burn. I sauteed Kale and it was krispy as if I broiled it in the oven. Delicious and very limited oil. Cant wait to use again tonite.

I wanted to love it, but no….
I really wanted to like this pan. I like the large, flat surface on the bottom that works great with my induction stovetop. I like how the pan looks. But that’s where it stops. EVERYTHING sticks to this pan. From the first use, I had issues with food sticking to the pan. Initially small areas that just got worse. I contacted the manufacturer, sure that I got a defective pan. They instructed me to clean the pan with a magic eraser to remove “carbonized oil”. So I followed the instructions, and while it helped that did not solve the problem. I am not a fan of needy kitchen items. Would not buy again or recommend to others.

Great non stick pan
At first I was hesitant to spend this much on a non-stick skillet but needed one that was compatible with my induction burner. This pan is great! Quite hefty and the best non-stick coating I can ever remember using. It conducts heat well and I’ve followed the instructions not to set the heat up over level 5 on my burner. Even at level 5 it browns things well. I’m very happy I spent the money.

Very nice pan, but quite fragile
This really is a great pan. However, it is quite fragile. See my photo for reference. Trying to drop ghee from a spoon to the cooking surface by hitting the spoon against the edge resulted in indentations. I know thatâs not the way to do it, but when under pressure to get things done, shit happens. Just beware that this pan wonât do the distance in a serious kitchen. Still 4 stars because most users wonât care.

A favorite
A fantastic pan for anything that you think might stick. I use it for everything from omelets to gravies. Great nonstick qualities. Like most nonstick pans this guy doesnât sear. I always try searing a steak on nonstick pans when I first get them and this one is like the rest with extremely poor performance in the searing process. Other than that, this is one of my favorite pans. Iâm super impressed with the quality of materials and workmanship as well as the price. Great pan.

Sticky nonstick pan
Unfortunately the pan is very sticky – can’t tell how OXO made this garbage, but it’s defenetely worst product I got from them
