Great phone holder!
After 1 year of use it is still the best. I like that it raises the phone a little. A couple of scratches for such a big use. I use it daily and the sturdiness is still here when setting it up! I would definitely recommend!

Perfectly Compact
I love having this with me everywhere I go. It folds down to be flat and is adjustable when you are using it. I like that I can have my phone propped while I eat or need to be hands free. I used this recently to prop my phone so that I could take group photos on a bannister. It was great! I highly recommend.

Works great, maybe not portable.
Bought this for travel because it seemed compact and low profile. Was pleasantly surprised that something so cheap could be so solidly built, with a tight hinge mechanism and a clever, graceful design that folds totally flat. Holds my large (encased) phone well. Only problem is that it’s built a little TOO well—it’s a bit heavy for a light packer, and so solid a piece of metal that I need to keep it safely away from anything it can bang into in my bag. It’s ridiculous, but I’ll have to get something cheaper and flimsier (maybe plastic) for travel, and keep this one at home. Have yet to see how hinge and silicone pads will hold up over time.

Good quality. Not flimsy.
Love the lay flat format. Use frequently during meal break at work to stay hands free and watch YouTube videos, check email, etc. Can adjust as needed for best viewing angle.

Solid stand and seller
.the seller stands by their product. They sent me a new model. It is solid. I like the weight and durability of how it feels. I also like all the angles that it can present. Unfortunately it won’t hold my s23 ultra with an everyday case on it. But the item is so great and came nicely packaged that I will be giving it as a gift to someone with a phone that is not as gargantuan as mine. The lip just almost could take my phone and a case but it could slip off so I’m not going to use it. I will definitely keep my eyes open for what this seller offers in the future.

Looked at a lot of phone stands and tried several. This one is sturdy and well made. They claim the friction will hold the stand in position for 3,000 operations so it should last a long time. It folds flat and takes up barely any space. Some designs are bulky, this one isn’t. It’s metal and has some heft to it.It’s a bit wider than the others I tried and is steady. The silicone rest has good grip and a small lip to prevent the phone from sliding off, a problem with a couple others I tried.I kept this one and added it to my collection.

Very portable, easy to adjust with some resistance so it doesn’t open or close on it’s own. Solid metal with rubber guards. great value for a good product. I recommend this for cellphone, tablet and more.I also use mine for handheld radio and scanner.

I like that it stores flat. Great for hands free chatting and reading instead of trying to prop it up. Just what I wanted.

This is a fairly decent [cell phone] stand that’s for the most part well-constructed and it does have a rather simple design in comparison to most others; however, the way the rotational axis is designed and where it is at, it’s NOT really a versatile design with respect to the number of usable angle this stand can actually support. It is foldable with approx. 170° degree of freedom but it doesn’t have a foldable feet that some others have although it can still be tucked in nearly perfectly flat which makes this rather compact and portable, and it’s certainly not just for cell phones if you can find other uses for it.â¡ Physical buildThe physical build quality is fairly decent throughout and all the edges and corners are properly polished as they should (a few others aren’t). It has silicone/rubber pads where they should be although I think it COULD use more at the bottom where the part of the metal actually rest the surface and jus the adjacent sides because the silicone pads barely touch the table when the stand is at a shallow angle.â¡ HingesThe hinges utilizing the lazy-engineering design that I’m NOT a big fan of (particularly for laptops); however, given this is a lightweight version (in comparison to the laptop stand) of the hinges and how it will be used, it doesn’t concern me as much as the same type of hinges used in laptop stands. With that being said, these hinges WILL eventually lose their ability to hold their shape because that’s just physics.â¡ UsabilityAlthough the overall physical build quality is fairly decent, its particular design is NOT as versatile as most others are (well, if similar design) because where the axis is located and how it’s tiled/folded. The hinge (i.e. rotational axis) really should be at the edge or either end of frame instead of somewhere closer to the middle were it has a rather limited usable angles for this to properly support a phone. You can easily see from the pictures (pic 5/7) that either angle isn’t really usable; however, if the hinge were to be moved to the one end rather than ¼ way in along the length of the outer frame, this would’ve be fine.â NoteAs with nearly all cell phone stands out there, this doesn’t work that well with phones with popsockets for obvious reasons. I wish they can figure out a way to deal with that. Though, the feel is adequately LONG to somewhat accommodate for bulky phone cases (or even popsockets to a certain degree).â¡ ValueAll things considered, this is a fairly decent [phone] stand that’s simple, well-constructed, compact/portable although a few improvements can certainly be made to vastly increase its usability and versatility. It’s reasonably priced at $8 for what it provides and its overall build quality and usability, and performance. Your mileage might vary.
