300% More Durable Than The Competition – When you’re shopping for resistance bands, it’s important to know how they are manufactured. The cheap $40-$50 bands you find on Amazon are molded into a single piece of latex. This process is cheaper and results in many bands breaking under moderate use. We have upgraded all of our bands to a layered manufacturing process. This is much more expensive for us to produce, but results in bands that are 300% more durable and resistant to breaks and tears.
5 Resistance Levels – Perfect for all strength levels. Workout bands can be added to increase your performance on deadlift, bench press, squat, shoulder press, as well as help with stretching and flexibility. Great for men or women.
Versatile – Add to your home gym equipment or take them on your travels for an efficient hotel room workout. Gain muscle; power, speed, and explosiveness. Change resistance levels as your strength increases. You can always add more resistance or assistance, based on your goals.
Functional Training – Whether working out at home or at the gym, take your weight lifting program to the next level with exercise bands, an advanced strength building technique. Great for assistance with pullups or added resistance to all major lifts. Finally, there are fitness bands for those of us that don’t want neon purple bands. Introducing our all new “tactical” colors.
For A Good Cause – A portion of all profits are donated to wounded veterans through the Wounded Warrior Foundation, and the children of fallen Police Officer’s through the First Responders Children’s Foundation.

Marvel superhero approved!
Full transparency – I am in no way implying that I am equal to any Marvel superhero, but I am a tactical law enforcement defense trainer, MMA fighter/coach and fitness coach. If you look at the attached photo – that is a 50ft., 150 lb. (68 kilos) steel chain that I use to train battle ropes. Over the course of 4 years of using battle chains up to 300 pounds, it is eerie how strong my entire body and core are. Iâve lost count of how many resistance bands and tubes that I have destroyed, but these Iron Infidel bands are the opponent I never thought I would meet. They are as challenging as my chains.Firstly, I am truly humbled by how much resistance they offer. Secondly, as a 260lb grappler, wrestler, jiu jitsu fighter and multi-discipline martial artist – I can honestly say that these bands, when used correctly, will intensify and thoroughly challenge any type of elite athlete. None of my personal trainer, weightlifting, or calisthenics buddies will use the bands with me in the presence of women or their own clients. Even I, despite what I thought was impressive strength, feel like I have been exposed by the Iron Infidel company lol. Some Tips:Pro Tip 1:Use the bands folded. Do not stand or lay on one half of the band and perform an exercise with the weakened other half of the band. When used properly, you will find that even the smallest two bands are sufficient for many exercises.Pro Tip 2:Use perfect form on every repetition. Let the gym guys rock and cheat. As a full contact fighter, I have learned that survival and superior results are fully dependent upon honesty. I am able to properly complete about 60 military pushups with the middle band – but only in sets of 5 to 12 repetitions. I can NOT do a single strict repetition of any exercise other than squats with the largest band. I will guarantee you that few, if any, human beings can do 20 straight pushups with the largest Iron Infidel band, yet I see people on social media do this with the largest bands of other manufacturers.Pro Tip 3:If you are a fighter, skip the gloves. The bands will not hurt you guys, but soft hands can be a handicap in a survival situation. Embrace opportunities to condition your hands without damaging them. I do not have ugly, calloused hands, yet breaking coconuts with palm strikes and punches has become easy for me. Of course, train in a way that is suitable for you.In closing, please ignore comparisons between free weights and properly manufactured resistance bands. Just ask a board certified physician. The human body requires resistance to perform optimally and get stronger – period. Your body is unable to distinguish between 180 pounds of free weights and 180 pounds of some other external resistance. If, however, pride consumes you – go to the gym and lift weights because they offer much more room for showing off than resistance bands.I purchased my bands on Amazon in early March 2021. I do not use them as pull up bands. I use them for a full body workout in place of free weights.

These are the bands youâve been looking for.
Really? Rubber bands? Ok just because you put a skull logo on them and show me pictures of guys with (real) guns doesnât fool me. These are the same things I see rehab patients and âlow impactâ workouts using, right? Well….First off, these things are tough. Even the skinny one. I have used bands before and never felt comfortable in doing any move that would wind me up in a Fail Army YouTube video. With these, I have learned to trust them. I donât ever feel like Iâm over stretching them and if Iâm not getting enough resistance, I just use the next level up. The thickest band is a beast, but it still has give, making it usable. Most bands that are rated for extreme weight donât have the same elastic feel.Next, why did I buy them? Iâve been into fitness my whole life and have lifted on and off. At 41 I started ramping up my lifting routine and noticed more pains and tingles. Iâm not looking to set any records but I want to stay strong, without injury. I simply bought these with the idea that theyâd safely let me build back up to heavy weights. I am happy to say that I like these so much that they will remain a part of my workout. While you could potentially lose grip and slap yourself across the eye, Iâll take that over dropping a dumbbell on my head. What can you do with these? The answer is, every thing. From using the largest band to do intense standing curls to using the smallest for isolated shoulder exercises. Iâm pretty good with coming up with my own routines and movements but I can see someone new to the scene running out of ideas with these. Just hit YouTube. Truly anything you can think of is possible with these. I also have a half rack with a pull-up bar. I hand these from the bar and do all sorts of movements I wish I had a cable machine for. This was such a pleasant surprise. These stupid bands make me feel like I have a $2500 cable machine now. Sure, Iâm only doing one side at a time if I do something like standing flys. But guess what? What a way to rock your core and stability muscles! Are these more expensive than others? Yes. But if youâre looking at them then chances are, youâre like me. âThere has to be something better than the cheap bands I see everywhere elseâ. These are it.As for the little things like not having handles, I do t understand the issue. Honestly I had a band with handles and the plastic parts dug into my wrists and forearms on certain movements. Also, guess where they finally snapped? I love that these bands have to hard points and not weak points, like knots tied to hold them into a handle.Overall Iâd recommend these over and over for anyone.

Rugged and well made
I only received them recently, but they appear to be rugged and well made. I don’t know how long they will last at this point since it has only been a couple of weeks.
