Customers say
Customers find the tent easy to assemble with velcro components and appreciate its appearance, noting it’s beautiful and provides good shade for patios. Moreover, the mosquito netting effectively keeps insects away, and the fabric top is well-made. However, the build quality receives mixed feedback – while some say it holds up well against wind, others report issues with the canopy frame bending or breaking. Additionally, the size and water resistance get mixed reviews, with some finding it spacious while others say it’s too small, and while it keeps patio furniture dry in rain, some mention it couldn’t handle small amounts of rain. Value for money opinions are divided between those who find it good value and those who consider it overpriced.

Great customer service and nice product
I purchased the canopy for family summer camping and for my kids softball tournament. The attached netting is extremely useful and that’s one of the reasons why we purchased this product. It made a huge difference in the summer night to keep bugs away. It worked so well that people from the nearby campsite asked us where we bought the canopy. It also held up well in rainy days. Set up is pretty easy, too. We did have issue with the frame broken when we tried to close it but it’s probably due to the human error as we were hurry to leave. Martina from the customer service is super useful and answer our request super fast. She followed up on the process of sending out the replacement parts and make sure we were satisfied with the product. There are many similar canopy sellers out there but I can say Quictent’s customer service is unbeatable. Will definitely recommend their products to our friends.

Sturdy, durable, great customer service
I purchased this canopy 2 years ago as a hot tub shelter. Living in the country with lots of bugs, this screened canopy helps make being outside much more enjoyable! I actually left it up all summer long over both summers I had it, and properly anchored it weathered all storms.Unfortunately, that is excessive UV exposure for the fabric! It was a bit fragile after the first summer and after the second, the fabric altogether crumbled. So for occasional use I imagine this unit would likely last many years.Since I had been satisfied with its performance, I bought a second canopy this spring since I could not find a way to just replace the worn out fabric. I had an issue with the new one and customer service was responsive and helpful. Iâd definitely recommend, and will check this maker first for future pop up needs!

Good short-term shelter for fair weather, five-star customer support
TL;DR: If you want a temporary structure to protect a few people from sun and bugs in good weather this thing is hard to criticize. Not the kind of thing you can just leave up unattended if it rains though.Setup was a bit difficult with one person. The step where you lock the top in place before you extend the legs was a bit more difficult as you’re putting the fabric topper in tension with the same move, and the three legs you’re not working on like to slip down while you’re trying to lock one in. I got there, but there was some head-scratching first and then some strategic clamping involved. I think even one other person would have made it a lot easier though. That isn’t unique to this canopy of course. I think it was probably as easy as any I’ve put up before. The fit and finish are also a bit messy. There are loose threads where things like the little straps and the logo panel are sewn onto the topper and the placement of these things isn’t quite square. There are similar small defects in the screen walls. No holes or anything like that. The topper itself and the velcro patches in the corners are very square and a tight fit on the frame when it’s opened up. The walls likewise fit very tightly and form a solid barrier when velcro-ed in place.Once all set up and secured with stakes and tie-downs the canopy holds up well to wind and provides solid protection from the sun. The biggest problem so far has been with rain. The sides of the frame aren’t braced from the middle, so if there is enough wind against one side the topper slackens and cups ever so slightly. If it is raining at the time the cup fills up with water to the point where it permanently deforms the frame and stretches the fabric. If you are in it at the time you can just keep pushing the fabric up to dump the water away before it becomes a problem, but it has not fared well as a seasonal structure on my deck. Two decent rainstorms in the course of three weeks caused this cupping phenomenon on one side each. To its credit it didn’t collapse despite a significant amount of water weight it wasn’t designed to take.I reached out to the company about it and they were willing to replace the damaged parts to rectify the issue, which seems almost incredible to me these days. I thought about it but I ultimately declined because I don’t think the damage happened because anything was defective, I was just asking for too much from it. Absolutely five stars on their customer service though. If your use case doesn’t involve leaving it unattended in the rain I think this canopy is a pretty good value.

Updated: Worked Great!
Update: The company reached out to us after reading our review (below) and sent is a new frame. This was unexpected and awesome!! We are so happy. Their customer service is amazing! We do recommend that you take it down if there is going to be heavy rain (if it is not unexpected).Original: This 10×10 quick tent was absolutely great until it just broke. We bought it in June and used it many times up until today (mid-August). It rained unexpectedly today (hard) and the water, rather than rolling off the top, collected in big depressions on the top and … snap -one of the support braces broke. That caused other parts to bend, collapse in. It’s very disappointing because otherwise it was wonderful- easy to put up/take down and the mosquito netting worked especially well because of the velcro attachment. Wish the frame would have lasted – rest of it is still in good shape- would have been 5 stars.

I wanted something that would be easy to put up and take down, ideally by myself. I am a female and could not put it up by myself. I spread the material but could not fix the legs to stand properly. However, when a contractor came in for something else, he put it up in three minutes (meaning fixed all the legs (they have to click on the top!). Better to have two people for setting it up, for sure.I use it as my outdoor office. I kept computer monitors inside the gazebo even during light rain when there is no wind. The rain does not go through the roof but can reach from the sides if the wind blows even a bit, sideways. In my area, there is is a lot of mosquitoes. However, zero mosquitoes inside the gazebo. It works great.I did not add any weight on the bottom. Itâs been standing there for a month without any weight or attachment. There has been some windy weather with bad rain (the privacy shields at the back of gazebo fell down) but the gazebo did not move. Of course the recommendation is to attach it with something secure, but I didnât.I have two kittens so I let them inside, however they already figured out how to get out by sneaking under the walls of gazebo (so this is not a permanent solution for cats.)Excellent gazebo. I would highly recommend it as a light option that can be easily removed for the winter.UPDATE 2024. I took it down at the end of 2022 and 2023 season. I washed it in the washing machine after each season. When I tried to put it up in 2024 the metal stands are all fine, however the roof ripped in a few places because I was not careful enough + fabrics became weak after two seasons. I would say roof requires replacement after two seasons. With respect to the net, I also washed it in the washing machine after each season. The net is perfect however I lost zipper lockers during washing and cannot use it now.I am thinking of installing metal permanent hardtop gazebo at this point.
