Customers say
Customers find the exercise band anchor works well and is easy to use, particularly for physical therapy. The product fits securely in doors and is made well, with one customer noting it’s great for home exercises. While the build quality and value for money receive positive feedback, opinions about slip resistance are mixed.

Exactly what I wanted
This slips between my door below the hinge so I can do low rows. The anchor is secure and never slips out. I use the second anchor for a different resistance tube to do pull downs. Since it comes with two anchors, I can leave an anchor attached to each tube. I love the convenience. This is to replace a large anchor that has to be fed from the other side of the door for low rows. This meant the resistance band had to be fed through the loop part of the anchor every time. I much prefer this design, and I recommend this anchor.

Love these!
My PT told me to get these and they are great! Former PT had me slamming my bands in a door to hold them. These are so much better and provide many more options.
