Good quality and price
Good quality and good price. So far so good, these are holding up nicely. I like that the weight/strength is printed on the fabric connector. It’s nice in pink, black is so boring and most of these kinds of bands are available in black. I bought hooks and screwed them into the frame around the closet – 3 to use with the bands, and one large hook to hang them on for storage. It does come with a bag if you travel and want to take them with.

I am not one to exercise but the different weighted bands are easy to use. I am only 4â4â so I canât use the handles and I canât use the bands on my ankles as I canât open my legs that wide, but I am definitely using the band and it helped me lose weight
