Overall a good product, just not for my scrawny self.
Unfortunately I did have to return these. The quality was fine and the bands were comfortable. I just don’t have enough meat on me to keep them up.-For reference I’m 5’3 and 109lbs. If you’ve got any muscle on you these might fit better.These bands definitely didn’t roll or pinch like my latex band, but they were too big. I could only comfortably use the smallest band, which is also the lightest and wouldn’t have provided enough resistance for long. I *was* able to use that band for thighs and for ankles, which was nice, but that leaves me with 2 useless bands.It’s a shame they aren’t all the same length. I simply don’t see myself growing into the larger bands. I would have kept them if it were a smaller difference in size because the resistance was great! I did legitimately try to make these work, but it’s just not happening. :(-These did arrive with a bit of a smell. I don’t think it was a “previously used” smell, at least I hope not. I washed them 2 times before use and that knocked it down a bit. I washed them a third time before returning and the smell seemed to be gone. So just a heads up.

Good addition to home gym
Good addition to home gym. These are three different sizes (small, medium and larger) but they also go from lighter to heavier resistance, too. I could tell from reviewers many didnât realize that. They arenât going to cover a lot of range since they tighten up quickly (at least the medium and high resistance ones do). However, youâll get a favorite one for particular exercises. I mostly used them for leg exercises and even added them to some parts of a Pilates reformer routine as well as leg movements and leg lifts, etc. I especially like these for leg lifts and circling knees in and out with these placed near the knees. They do mostly stay put due to the rubber grips on the back.This works the abductors and adductors nicely. Also, as you raise or move your leg back with these placed near your knees this is excellent for adding some Kegels in, too, to tone the pelvic floor (yeah, even guys might want to keep these muscles toned). These stay put and due to their width donât bite in quite as much as my thinner bands.In fact, I don’t even use my thinner rubber straps (bands) anymore. I have been using these for many months and they hold up quite nicely. The highest tension band I don’t use much. Mostly the medium one and I can tack the lightest resistance band onto that when I want more resistance.

Way better than the rubber ones for leg exercises.
These bands are great! I wasnât clear about whether these bands were all going to have different resistances. They seem to all be made of the same material, therefore technically the same resistance. But admittedly, itâs a lot harder to do a given exercise with the small one than it is with the medium one, so the effect of resistance is there (if that makes sense). You can vary the position you wear them to increase or decrease resistance.Honestly Iâll probably only use one of them (the medium one) but the set was not expensive and Iâm glad I was able to try them all on to see what works best for me.One thing to note- these are not ideal for arm exercises. This wonât work if you have a move that requires that you hold the loop in your hand and stretch it. For those activities you will still need the rubber loops.

Sie lassen sich sowohl für Arme als auch Beine vielfältig einsetzen und bringen dadurch noch mehr Variation ins Training.Besonders angenehm ist, dass sie so breit sind und innen dünn Gummi eingenäht haben, sodass sie weder einschnüren noch von Ort und Stelle rutschen. Die Qualität scheint sehr gut zu sein, es sind keine losen Nähte sichtbar und auch nach mehrmaliger Verwendung ist noch alles top so wie am Anfang.Ich würde sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
