Customers say
Customers find this foam roller to be the best they’ve used, praising its firmness and functionality. They appreciate its effectiveness for pain relief, particularly for myofascial pain and back issues, and one customer mentions it’s great for back and neck rolling. The softness receives mixed feedback – while some say it’s soft enough for comfort, others find it too firm.

Rollga makes the best rollers
I have 3 Rollga rollers with different firmness. I’m surprised by how much I like this one because it’s the softest. Somedays the super firm one is murder on the IT band, but this one and the medium roller are much more comfortable to use. I have SOOOOO many different brands of rollers, but since learning about these, they are my go to and absolute favorites.

Breaks up trigger points and myofascial pain fast!
These Rollga’s are way faster than using a variety of different sized balls to roll on to break up trigger points / relieve myofascial pain. Also, consider the Rollga Pro – it’s harder with greater angles. If you have myofascial pain – like I did – you may want to try a variety of different sized balls, too, like LaCrosse balls, tennis balls, etc. and dwell on the trigger points for some time (I went to one myofascial specialist who said 3 minutes to break up adhesions – not just the standard 30 sec- 90 sec). With Rollga’s you can dwell on trigger points and you can also roll. It definately helps and saves time. These have great training videos online, too. I use the soft for my tight IT band and then switch to Rollga pro for more rolling on legs / glutes, etc.edit: I now skip balls and use my Rollgas plus other soft and extra soft rollers while I stretch. Iâve found using a variety of rollers gives me better results. I get my legs and body rolled in less than 10 minutes. Not a day goes by where I donât use a Rollga.

Good quality, but bigger than I was thinking it would be
Working on hip pain specifically. This is nice to roll along your back. It’s a little more difficult to maneuver around the hip areas. I would have done better with something smaller.

Changed my LIFE!
This is the only foam roller Iâll ever use from here on out.

Great Product!
I purchased this after being in PT for a few months. I love this foam roller! It is a bit firmer, so if you are needing something softer, I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this one as your beginner roller.

Not for seniors
Way too hard to roll on. I thought it wiukd be more like foam rubber. Itâs more like hard styrofoam.

Best foam roller ever! This one is soft for more tender areas, love it!
Best foam roller Iâve ever had. I have multiple back injuries and some hip problems and I have never come across as effective as a foam roller as this. I also got the harder one, I was hoping I could just have one but I use both regularly because the silver one is too hard for my hip flexors, but the panda is too soft for my back. Between the two I have absolutely never experienced such effective pain relief from any foam roller. I would recommend this for anything from post workout to pain from injuries, I make everyone I know try it and they all are astounded by how great it feels. Thereâs really nothing like it and I give it my highest recommendation

This roller is the bomb! These stuck together globes side by side will give you an excellent back massage, pressure point release and roll out of your own back and whole back-side. The way these globes form the roller is completely ergonomic to the muscles along side the spine where one can never get into with regular rollers because they also press on the spine itself. It’s also great everywhere else, legs arms, latissimus, everywhere. High density foam that is hard yet a tiny bit of give. It also comes with an instruction pamphlet to help you get the most out of its all-over uses. Rolga is the best roller I’ve used for all of the above reasons, complete and all you need is one roller so that makes it environmentally friendly too!

Amazing foam roller! The waved pattern allows you to foam roll muscle in a way you never could with the straight foam roller. Perfect for legs and back (and it won’t hurt your spine as you roll!), I even do my arms. The size is perfect too! I initially bought it because it was cheaper than the other foam rollers but now it’s my favorite one, LOVE IT!UPDATED REVIEW : I recently decided to buy a couple of them as gifts since everyone who tries it, loves it BUT I realized the price was ridiculously high!!! (I bough this roller in 2017 for about 16$ CAD including shipping). It’s foam in a specific shape, definitely not worth more than 40$.

Great relief using this after just a couple of sessions. Long wait for delivery but worth it. Great to self massage between appointments with therapist.
