Simple yet Incredible
I don’t do yoga but I have been suffering with back problems in that problems and out of desperation I ordered a few yoga products specifically to Target that. Immediately cracked my spine from the bottom to the top and helps relax all those muscles. I really like the weight limit because I’m a big guy at 350 lb so a 500 lb roller was perfect

Great product!
It was exactly what I was looking for!! Because of its compact size, it works great on stretching the back muscles adjacent to the spine by localizing all the weight within a small area. The design is very sturdy, the only reason I gave four stars is because of the foam thickness. Because of the relatively thin foam, while rolling you can almost feel the PVC core, which makes it a bit uncomfortable especially because of the small size of the roller. I wish the foam would be 0.25 inch thicker. I don’t think it will diminish the positive effect, but will be much more comfortable.

Very hard surface
This helps my back somewhat. It is very hard and not quite as easy to get used to, but I keep using it, and find that when I do, my back pops and I think might help. I don’t know yet, too early to tell
