I use this a lot with my training clients. Iâve bought extras and given them to people or directed them to buy their own of this product. Iâve never had one lose integrity or break. I use it for various upper and lower body activations and it works great for all. One of the few products I suggest everyone has at home.

SKLZ is a trusted brand and product
Several years ago, My PT recommended that I walk with a light resistant band around 60 steps every day to alleviate my back pain as part of my physical therapy. After my treatments were over and I felt better but I still wanted to continue walking with a resistant band. When my old one broke, I needed a replacement and the SKLZ Elite Mini Resistance Band (medium weight) fit the bill.I used it almost everyday for about a year then the band split in half. It was already outside of the return window but SKLZ stood by their product and sent me a free replacement. I really appreciated that, and if I’m in the market for a new one in the future, I would purchase from SKLZ again.And my first band splitting in half must have been a fluke because I’ve been using the replacement for over two years and this one is going strong!

Great all around band not as good as the perform better.These are about 75% as good as the perform better brand bands but they cost 50% less so thereâs a great value in these and for some odd reason the rubber on these seems durable

I have purchased 2 of these single black bands that are supposed to be “heavy.” There are not even close to the black heavy band of the SKLZ 3-band set. It is equal the the yellow “light” band. Get the 3-band set and repurpose the 2 bands you don’t need.
