Iâve been using this strap at hone for physical therapy and hot yoga while Iâm recovering from knee surgery. Itâs hot yoga so I wash it every time I use it. it works great and holds up well. Itâs like new still. Worth every penny and color is great too. The photo shows after 10 washings.
