Good Pan!
The pan is great and scrubs clean easy – I really burnt a fish filet the first time I tried to cook in this but I was able to totally scrub off the carbon without wrecking the pan itself. The handle gets hot if you’re shallow-frying stuff, but unless they can break the laws of physics there’s not much to be done to fix that – the pan is entirely steel.

Great for omelets!
The heat distribution is very good. After heating up the pan and a small amount of ghee my omelets slide around without sticking at all. The weight is so much less that my cast iron, which is a plus. For the price of the pan it’s a super value. Cleanup is a breeze. Two thumbs up!

Un sartén más
Práctico, pero no me gustó mucho que se pega un poco la comida, tengo que bajarle la flama para que no se pegue tanto y me desespera porque lo que estoy cocinando se tarda más.

Honest review
I bought this pan because it is advertised as free of PTFE, PFOA & PFAS. True Titanium PTFE pans get pretty expensive and I’ve found that Titanium pans in this price range may still use PTFE so I contacted seller who verified no teflon/PTFE coating is used. Great, however once recieving the pan, I found the construction fair and I expect this is where the company cut cost. It is pretty lightweight, the black painted exterior looks cheap and I expect will scratch and wear down easily. The handle is plastic but was easy to attach and fits firmly. The pan had no dents, scratches or imperfections in the material with exception of not sitting flat on glass cooktop. Oil and liquids pooled to the outer ring of the pan leaving the center uncoated. The surface is nonstick but food does not slide around easily as in teflon coated pan. Pan fried foods (fish, chicken, bacon) did not get as crispy even when adding oil and did not cook evenly as seen in picture of bacon above. The pan could not be wiped clean with a towel (also picture after trying to wipe clean with both oily and dry paper towels). It does clean up well in soapy water with a nylon pad. All in all I found the pan to not be all it was cracked up to be and despite the health benefit of being PTFE free, I still see myself going to my traditional teflon frypan for crispy foods. I rated this pan a 3 based on its ineffectiveness to evenly cook food, its construction and cheap, thin exterior paint finish.

Very nice lighter weight pan.
I purchased this pan to replace a coated pan that was peeling. My favorite characteristics of the pan are its weight, depth and ease of cleaning.
