Never sent the entire couch and wonât refund
Hi I bought this comfy couch and one of the end pieces was missing so Amazon said I would have to ship the entire 11 huge boxes back and then they would refund me and I could rebuy. I insisted that I just needed the one end arm rest and that would be easier to ship that rather than the entire couch and they refused. I am left with an almost couch and pissed off cause I canât get a call back from The manufacturer either: scam. Do not buy

Just okay
Itâs just okay for the price. Itâs firm and good quality. It is not very deep which is something that I have to get used to and the back is lower than most couches. It is stiff at first but after having it a couple months it has gotten a lot more comfortable. I was able to assemble it myself in a couple hours. 5â4 woman.

Worth the Purchase!
Originally, when I bought this couch there was not one review but I took a chance anyways. Iâve had this couch for almost a month now before I decided to write this review. The couch came in about 9 boxes and the pillows were inside of the bottom of the base (which I didnât know initially lol). When putting it together I became slightly annoyed because the directions were all separate and didnât really tell you how to put the couch together just each piece. All in all, the couch is super comfortable, very firm but soft, and thick. I love this couch and I would buy it again. However, I do wish I could buy certain pieces separately because i would love another chaise. The material is soft but of good quality. FYI this couch is super wide when put together.

the seat cushions have permanent dents in them after only a week and I can feel straight through the back cushion this provides next to no comfort

Comfort but damaged
I was so disheartened to open the couch after finally moving into our new home. Unfortunately zippers are missing on some pieces and rips on a couple of other cushions. It is sturdy and comfortable but embarrassing when company comes over and you have to hide the bad parts of the sectional.

Missing parts
I received the couch today and itâs missing the armrest and there is no ottoman. I called the manufacturer however they have a full voicemail. Returning this couch is going to be a hassle because Iâve already broken down all the boxes and put everything that did come together. Yikes! Never again

I have been long looking for one of these at an affordable price. Everybody loved my new sofa and even complimented how comfortable it is. I do see you Can change all the covers of the sofa they are all removable what makes it easy to wash I am in love , but I do hope I could find more covers for this sofa since I have a dog and I get bored easily and always wants to change something.
