Customers say
Customers find the air mattress comfortable, with one noting it feels like a real mattress, and appreciate its build quality, size, and value for money. They like its insulation value, with one mentioning it acts as a barrier between cold air, and find it easy to use, with one highlighting the dual intake air ports. While some customers report it self-inflates easily, others say it doesn’t inflate at all, and though it’s easy to transport, some find it too bulky for hiking and backpacking.

1st impression i I love it.
1st impression I love this pad. I’m 6ft4in 260lbs and it’s plenty long and wide enough. I’m a side sleeper and I feel comfortable on it. When fully inflated my hip bone doesn’t hit the ground. Takes 18 breaths to inflate and folds back small enough to easily fit in the stuff sack. I’ll update when I actually use it camping.

5 Stars for Comfort, Quality, and Warranty!
I am hoping this is the last camping pad I’ll ever need. At 5 lbs, it is light and easy to carry for most camping trips, and I’m tempted to just bring on longer backpacking trips because it is pure luxurious comfort! I have been buying Teton brand for most everything since they have a lifetime warranty and have not yet needed anything replaced yet, but the assurance and quality go a long way towards me slowly trusting this brand. My wife laid on this too and now wants one!

Quality budget pad
Good pad for the price. Packs down relatively small and is lightweight. It is a small pad at 72″ x 20″, but it is thick at 2.5″ in the center with the outside baffles being 3″ thick which helps you stay on the pad. Had no problem sleeping on my side. I haven’t tested it on a cool night yet, but at only 2.7 r value it’s kind of funny that it’s marketed it as “insulated”, when we all know it’s not gonna hold up in legitimate winter temps. Paired with a closed cell foam pad and a warm sleeping bag, it might hold up in decently cold temps though. The valve kind of sucks, and it’s not super easy to deflate. If you pull the stopper out of the valve it helps. Overall it feels well-made and good quality at a budget price.

Most Comfortable Camping Night’s Sleep in Years!
I bought a different camping pad a couple years ago, and it just wasn’t cutting it. I could still feel every rock and bump underneath me. A friend recommended this camping pad, so I decided to buy it. It has been a game changer! It’s not bulky, weighs very little, and has been pleasantly way more supportive and comfortable than my other camping pad. Definitely would recommend!

Insanely Comfortable
If you want true comfort while camping, this is the pad for you. Itâs thick, self-inflates effortlessly, and feels like a real mattress. We went with the Mammoth and it has been great for sleeping with my wife and our two small children.

Super comfortable, very compact
SO comfortable! I love the support and the top feels great. Nice and quiet, perfect for putting in the back of my Jeep when I do winter camping. I chose the insulated version for extra warmth

I had been looking at this and similar items for some time, and wanted to get the best on a budget. This model kept coming up. It’s wider than the typical sleeping pad, which is great if you turn at night. The size fits perfectly on the Cot I purchased, which is great. It’s called ‘self inflating’ but to be honest, the first time a small pump will be helpful. I used the FlexTail Pump and it worked perfectly, Doesn’t take much to inflate. But when I got on it, I was shocked at how comfortable it was. it really fits your curves, so great for side sleepers like me. Breaking down is easy, you just roll it up from the bottom, pushing the air out as you go. Very sturdy and well made. Looks like it’s built to last, which is why I got this one over a typical air mattress that inevitably ends up leaking and deflated.

These pads are pretty awesome. They inflate relatively rapidly, and are pretty comfortable. We use two, stuck together, to create a nice sleeping area in our tent, and have slept very comfortable on them. The construction seems solid, and I have confidence that they will last a long time. One point of concern is that they need to be rolled up the same way every time, and that, with use, this will cause stress lines and rips in the fabric. Can’t be helped though. One thing I will point out, however, is that these pads are not exactly small when rolled up. Light enough, sure, but quite voluminous. They are not ideal for those of us who want a super compact item to bring along on a backpacking trip.
