Perfect for travel!
This make-up remover cloth was great on a recent trip to Italy. Iuse one at home but this my first experience using it on a trip. I burn easily so used tinted sunscreen every day. At the end of the day, I really hate to use and stain the white cloths and towels hotels provide so this purple cloth was perfect. I could easily clean off the sunscreen and other makeup without staining towels and it is soft and gentle on your skin. It’s also nice that you can add a little soap and wash it out and it dries quickly so ready to pack for the next leg of the journey. I highly recommend taking one of these wherever you go! I said the purple cloth, but I’m sure the other colors work just as well.

Quality Product & Good for the Environment
I love this item! I have been using it for over a year now and my skin has thanked me for it. I rarely break out anyway, but using this ensures I am not putting any harsh chemicals on my face when cleaning off my makeup at the end of the day. Using this feels great on my skin, it’s easy to fit into my routine, and I absolutely love how easy it is to clean. Reusable products are the best! An added bonus is getting the variety of colors!

Yep, the reviews are legit.
Amazingly effective. I donât wear makeup all the time, often because I hate taking it off at night. Iâm now wearing makeup more than ever because of how easily my Makeup Eraser takes it off.I will second what other reviewers have said: get it sopping wet, with the warmest water you can stand, then add more water the second itâs not dripping wet. To get it wet enough, youâre going to want to make sure there arenât any spots of lighter pink left; keep letting it absorb water if all of it isnât dark pink. It will take a bit for it to get this wet. Reviewers who say it wrecked their skin were definitely not getting the cloth wet enough, because when itâs not crazy wet, you do feel the fibers against your skin, and I can imagine it being rough if you used it that way constantly. If you feel the fibers rubbing against your skin, get it wetter. When the cloth is wet enough, itâs so easy for me to get the makeup off that it almost seems to be melting off my face by magic…itâs almost spooky. I generally cradle the cloth with my other hand when Iâm taking off my makeup, to keep it from being heavy and swinging as it hangs down, and also to prevent it from losing more water as it takes off the makeup.Other reviewers have said you can get oodles of microfiber cloths and use them for this purpose for much cheaper, with the same effect. Iâm sure you can, but itâs wonderful to have a dedicated cloth just for your makeup. The tag even says âMakeup Eraserâ on it, so others in your household have no excuse for thinking itâs a dishcloth or washcloth, especially if you get it in pink or another bright color. I think its odd shape helps prevent this confusion, too. One reason Iâm glad I went with this cloth instead of a generic microfiber cloth is that one side of it has fibers that are shorter, presumably designed with the optimal length to take off makeup, and the other side has fibers of a longer length that are meant to exfoliate your skin, if desired (at least, according to included instructions). As with many other reviewers, I just use one area of the cloth at a time and can use it with at least a weekâs worth of makeup that way before washing. Often longer for me, since I generally just wear eye makeup/mascara.The instructions say you can use cleanser or soap with the cloth if you want, but I donâtâthere is no need for more than water.I bought two Makeup Erasers so I always have one clean when the otherâs in the wash. Youâre supposed to wash them in hot water, and they can go through the dryer, so thereâs no need to babysit them as delicates. The instructions say it doesnât matter which detergent or fabric softener you use, with the latter described as optional. I wash mine in a mesh garment bag so I can find it easier in the wash. In a pinch, Iâve even washed it by hand in the sink using liquid hand soap and a bit of scrubbing, though itâs much simpler to just throw it in the washer with a load of towels.I truly only wish Iâd bought a Makeup Eraser sooner. Just buy one already. Better yet, buy two. So, SO freaking worth it. :)â-One note of caution. Something I found difficult to find in reviews when I first purchased my Makeup Eraser is how effective it is in removing waterproof mascara. I went through a phase when I wore waterproof mascara, and I will freely admit that it was a nightmare trying to remove it with my Makeup Eraser. I tried using eye makeup remover and even cleanser with it, but it still barely budged. Not wearing other kinds of waterproof makeup, I canât say whether those will come off easily or not, but the Makeup Eraser is definitely ineffective at removing waterproof mascara. As a side note, the only reason I started using waterproof mascara is that I have very oily eyelids and constantly have raccoons eyes from the regular kind. After I decided enough was enough with disposable wipes, I looked for alternative options that would work with my Makeup Eraser again. Iâd never heard of âtubingâ mascara before, but the Thrive Causemetics kind came up after some googling, and I figured I might as well try it out. To my utter disbelief, the tubing mascara literally did not smudge one iota, yet it slides right off with my Makeup Eraser. If you believe, like I did, that waterproof mascara is your burden to bear, Iâd highly suggest trying out tubing mascara so you can still use your Makeup Eraser and not destroy your eyes from intensive scrubbing.

Works great!
Iâve been wanting to make the switch from make up wipes to something more sustainable and this works really well. It takes off all my makeup, including my mascara. I get it soaked with warm water and kind of leave it on my lashes for a min or so to soften the mascara so it doesnât tug and it wipes it all off easy! Then I just wash it with face wash every time I use it, so I can use it for the week until I do laundry and properly wash it.

Great size cloth and does what it promises!
This is a good size not a tiny little cloth. I have several that are other brands and have ordered other brands but this cloth is my favorite. My others seem to retain an odd for but this cloth is clean smelling no chemical smell at all. Love these shoes softness and how gentle it is to remove makeup. I will absolutely order another one for travel.

Removes even the toughest of make up!
This has been my go to make up remover for almost 7 years! All it takes is water and even the most difficult of make up (think waterproof eyeliner).. comes right off! When itâs dirty- toss it in the washer! Green friendly! No disposable cloths to end up en landfills!

It works
I purchased this 11 months ago and recently tried it. I wish I had tried it sooner. I wear eyeliner and mascara, and this removes it all!! It works.. I wet the cloth and remove the make-up, then I wash the cloth with mild soap and water. That is it. The makeup is removed from the cloth just as easily… I definitely recommend.

I was pretty sceptical about this product, but had seen some pretty cool videos online and wanted to try it. It actually lives up to the hype. I wear waterproof mascara and loads of eyeliner, and it took it all off with leaving black smudging around my eyes, or heaps of scrubbing. Iâm a bit shocked, really.

Read a lot of reviews (as always for things I get online) but figured for $20 Iâd take the chance anyways and try it out. THIS PRODUCT IS 100% WORTH IT. I donât know what kind of crazy makeup other user are using that they didnât get good results but I spend I decent amount of money on good quality makeup. This is waterproof, 24hr wear you name it. I have been using this for about 3 weeks now almost daily when I wear makeup and it a million percent does a better job than my makeup Wipes PLUS my nice face wash regimen. The makeup wipes I buy arenât cheap, good brands and no matter what I do would wake up with black left over from liner or mascara after scrubbing forever. Since using the cloth I get ZERO residue next morning with minimal effort getting it off. 3 weeks in on a product like this is enough to know this is definitely worth it. Iâll get my money back on good wipes in 2 months that Iâll get with years on this cloth. For $20 this is 100000000% worth trying out; if it doesnât work then cool you have nice cloth for whatever your heart desires

This cloth is super soft. Like a soft microfibre throw blanket but donât let that fool you. Itâs great at removing makeup of all kinds. The one side is for removing makeup the other is to exfoliate and it does. I used it a bit too much pressure and aggravated my skin. So use it gently! The only issue is mascara doesnât come off entirely but Iâm ok with that. Pricey but worth it if it lasts years.
