Customers say
Customers find the resistance band works well for physical therapy and strength training, with customizable lengths that can be cut as needed. The product offers good value for money, and customers appreciate its stretchability, with one noting it’s stretchy enough for beginners. The durability receives mixed feedback – while some say it holds up well, others report it breaks after just a few days. The thickness is also mixed, with some finding it appropriately thick while others say it’s slightly thinner than expected.

Good for physical therapy
This worked well–less resistance than the other colors but a little more than expected. Good value in the roll, especially since the bands wear out eventually from frequent use. Two bands can also be used together for increased resistance.

Perfect replaclement
The band I took home at the end of physical therapy broke after a year of use. This one is a mite stiffer, but perfect for my use in the recommended exercises.

It works if you use it
I’m really making use of this. I’m too old and broken to use weights anymore. I’ve gotten a lot of muscle definition back with this.

Just like the physical therapists use
This is what you’ll get when working with a physical therapist. I’ve had many years of PT for various muscle strains, imbalances, etc. and this is the stuff they use. The green band I purchased is about 1/2 way down the difficulty line to the best of my knowledge and a good place to start when you’re rehabbing average muscles.

Good value. It allows you to get the length of theraband that you need, a big advantage over those that are sold at a pre arranged length.
