Beautiful but firm
The couch is beautiful and customer service went above and beyond when I had a problem with stitching coming undone. It must have been a fluke thing because it was only a small area. The rest of the couch has held up very well. One thing I would like to mention is that this couch is very firm. If you want something you will sink into, this isnât the couch for you. I like that it doesnât have separations between the seat cushions, which is why it is so firm, as I have small children and they love little toys, coins, pretty much anything that finds its way in between seat cushions. I love the hideaway area because I forever have blankets lying around and it keeps everything neat. All in all, Iâm happy with my purchase.

I get lots of compliments on this couch and people always ask where I got it. Love all the room when you pull out the cushions. Easy to clean. Pretty firm though, but I donât mind. I prefer all the room. Couches are expensive so I think itâs a decent value. However, not sure how long it will hold up since we have it in our living room and use it every day.
