2025 Subaru Solterra
Used for a 2025 Subaru Solterra which has the square steering wheel and worked great! Took me about 3 hours to install… but it looks and feels great. The instructions are tricky to follow so a certain amount of perseverance is required. Overall, totally worth it, especially for the price.

Unexpectedly pleased
My 99 Miata already had a leather wrapped wheel but it was hard old leather and Iâve always wanted a sportier feeling wheel. Aftermarket options were around 300-400. This $15 wheel cover completely transformed my wheel and doesnât look cheap like a wheel cover 5 times its price would. Has a nice mink oil smell to it and is very soft. Install wasâ¦..tedious to say the least but if you take your time and do a good job youâll be so happy with the results. I will say I only used one of the 2 included spools of thread and still had about 4 feet left over. Had I of known I woulda snipped off the extra instead of wrestling with it the whole time but I understand the need for larger wheels to maintain the seamless look. 10/10 recommend

Really nice quality. Pain in the ars to thread through. Expect to take approximately 2 to 3 hours doing this. Hardest parts were the spoke, fat areas of the wheel and tie offs. If you’ve done this before, I would say probably only take 1.5 to 2 hours.

Supposed to fit an 18â steering wheel. As I attempted to put the cover on, it ripped immediately. The cover feels rather cheap and the instructions are not clear. I will be sending the product back for a refund

I am SO happy with the way this leather cover turned out on my new 2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. My base LE model vehicle comes with a bargain basement rubber steering wheel, so I’ve been hunting for a quality cover to dress up the wheel and make it more comfortable. This BMLEI leather cover is a 10 out of 10!First off, the leather feels great. Yes, it’s bonded leather, but no one should be expecting full grain leather at this price. And yes, it’s more expensive than similar options you will find on Amazon, but the quality is well worth it. For about an hour of leisurely stitching time while listening to a couple episodes of Everybody Loves Raymond, I completely transformed my steering wheel.The cover fits extremely well. It has a lot of stretch, so don’t be afraid to pull the thread tight. The thread itself is thick and waxed for durability. Nice touch! Once I had it all laced up, I tucked the raw seams at the base of each spoke, underneath the plastic trim on the steering wheel. Go slow with this. I used a plastic vehicle trim tool. DO NOT use a metal screwdriver or you will damage the cover.If I have one gripe, it’s that I wish the cover was a little more plush. Don’t get me wrong; the leather is thick enough. I would just prefer a thicker steering wheel overall with some squish to it. The better slip-on style covers provide this thick, squishy feel. However, they don’t provide full coverage around the wheel (stitched) which was a must for me.We will see how this BMLEI cover ages with time, but for now it’s a two thumbs up recommendation from one of the pickiest consumers you will find. :-). I will update this review if this changes.

Took some time to stitch it on – not complicated but you need to pay attention.So worth it though – the steering wheel prior was worn and clearly plasticky looking – now it looks very nice. It feels wonderful to touch now too.
