These are very cleanly cut, smooth pieces. I create wood sculptures of miniatures and there are some shapes I find myself needing regularly. I hesitated to buy these because it seemed that they could be made by cutting quarter-round wood moulding from a big box lumber store. But with all the saws I have, nothing is fine enough to create wood this smooth and clean, and sanding rough edges often smooths corners that I want to remain crisp. Plus, the consistent size assures accuracy in my work.They’re cheaper than buying another saw and wasting time cleaning each cut piece up.

Exact size I needed for my project. 4 out of 25 blocks had some flaw. BUT it is not a big deal as it doesn’t affect my project outcome. For those who need precision, just be aware…

Teeny, tiny blocks. These Blocks are not 1-inch.
The listing says the blocks are 1-inch and it is unclear why. These blocks are very small. Single blocks are less than one inch and putting four together to make a circle has a more than one inch diameter. When I ordered this product I was thinking that each quarter block would be 1-inch and therefore I was disappointed with this set.
