Customers find the foam roller effective for pain relief, particularly for back pain, and appreciate its firmness compared to generic ones. The size is convenient, taking up no room in a rollerbag, and customers consider it better than standard Pilates foam rollers, with good value for money. Very Satisfied
The roller is exactly as advertised. I wanted a short roller that is easy to transport, but it is still strong enough for me to put my full weight onto it. Iâm approximately 185 pounds.

TriggerPoint Grid 1.0 Foam Roller
This foam roller is hands down one of the best fitness investments Iâve made. The grid design is fantastic for deep tissue massage, helping to break up knots and tension after a tough workout. I use it mainly on my legs and back, and it provides instant relief, especially after leg day. Unlike cheaper foam rollers, this one maintains its shape and firmness even after repeated use. The size is also perfectânot too bulky, so I can easily store it or take it with me when traveling. If you work out regularly or deal with muscle stiffness, I highly recommend getting one of these. It really helps with recovery and flexibility!

I have been practicing Tae Kwon Do for several years now, and the TriggerPoint Grid Foam Roller has become an indispensable part of my training routine. From the moment I started using it, I noticed a significant improvement in my recovery time and overall muscle flexibility. The multi-density exterior is ingeniously designed to mimic the feel of a massage therapist’s hands, which helps to target and release tight knots in the muscles. Whether I’m working on my quads, hamstrings, or back, the different textures provide varied levels of pressure, making it highly effective. The rigid core ensures that the roller maintains its shape even after extensive use, which is crucial for someone who engages in high-intensity workouts like Tae Kwon Do.One of the standout features of this foam roller is its compact size. It is easy to carry around, whether to the gym or during travel, ensuring that I can always have it on hand for a quick session. Despite its size, it offers exceptional durability and doesn’t lose its firmness, which is a common issue with other foam rollers I’ve tried in the past.Using the TriggerPoint Grid Foam Roller regularly has helped me alleviate muscle soreness and prevent injuries. It has become a vital tool in my warm-up and cooldown routines, enhancing my performance and allowing me to train more effectively. The instructional videos provided by TriggerPoint are also a great addition, offering guidance on how to maximize the benefits of the foam roller. In summary, the TriggerPoint Grid Foam Roller is a fantastic investment for anyone serious about their athletic training, especially for martial artists like myself. Its thoughtful design, durability, and effectiveness make it a must-have for achieving optimal muscle health and performance.

This is an easy 5 star review review for me.I utterly love this product and would buy another in a heartbeat, should my current roller meet its tragic end saving children from a burning building. Yes, I believe it has the ability to do so. Let’s start with some fundamental questions. Do you have a foam roller from [insert pharmacy here]? Does it have little divots from constant use after, say, a month? Better yet, are you looking for a roller and don’t currently have one? Then have I got a sales pitch borne of personal experience for you.The thing is amazing. I’m on a physiotherapy routine where I have to stretch my quads 4-5 times a day. Since I’m used to it, I’ve now developed a routine where I roll my hip flexors, glutes, calves, and whatever else is sore along with them. I never miss a roll. After a month, my original roller was starting to bend, which made rolling feel slightly uneven. I hated the feeling and was thusly left with three options. 1. Suck it up (not really an option since I’m a bit of a princess) 2. Buy a dense foam roller, which is essentially a thicker version of your average roller, or 3. Buy the long lasting, semi-massaging Trigger Point Roller. I’m glad I went with the Trigger Point. Because of its construction, there’s no way it can bend inward over time. I mean, it’s a thin layer of synthetic material over a hard plastic tube… it just physically can’t.I bought the 13-inch version, which is perfect for me. I can fit it in my gym bag and roll out after a hard workoutâ. At 5’7″, 135lbs, I can easily roll both quads at a time. Basically, it’s large enough to accommodate any muscle that you require and small enough to transport with ease. If you know that you’ll be rolling at home 100% of the time and have both the money and a large enough area to use, I’d recommend getting the 26 inch just because it’s more to love of an already stellar product.Honestly, the fact that it feels like you’re receiving a mild massage is a fringe benefit. Brass tax, this thing is an excellent roller and costs a fraction more what you’ll already be paying for any other product. If you’re looking for a serious roller, then look no further.Small bonus tip – If you find there’s an area (lower back, hip flexors) that is a little hard to get deeply into with a foam roller, I highly recommend buying a lacrosse ball. They are unbelievably great for myofascial release (super cheap, too). For $10 bucks or less, they’re among the best therapy tools I’ve ever owned. STX Lacrosse Balls, White, 2 PackUpdate 11/19/2015: After a few months of use, the roller is showing zero sign of warping, and it’s unlikely it ever will due to the construction materials; whereas, my generic pharmacy roller developed a major divot after only a month of use.Update 02/17/2016: Still using consistently. Still ZERO markings/denting. This thing is awesome.Update 09/02/2016: My physio therapist started stocking this exact model a couple of months back. He now purchases them over your ordinary blue rollers. If that isn’t progress, I don’t know what is.
