Ripped, old elastic.
Two handles, 4 bands.Easy simple. It is as its described, however, one of the low resistant bands CRUMBLED coming out of the package. Which makes me hesitant on using the other bands. I added pictures. I was super excited for this product but $70.00 down the drain

Perfect like everything else that comes from TRX.
I have a number of devices to make it easier to work with bands so that you donât have to work with gloves. By far this is the best solution out there. It not only works with a band supplied with the order it works with bands from rogue and iron infidell as well.Lightweight. Easy to put the included bands inside the handset. I recommend these for anybody who is using bands, particularly those using heavier (60 pounds+) resistance bands.

Good for beginners
This is a great set for a beginner. The handles make all the difference when using bands. However, the bands included in this are very light; I needed something heavier. I had some “serious steel” bands that fit okay, but just the lighter weight ones. However, to use my bigger bands — these handles didn’t fit (There is another solution; the grips they make for barbells). Also, the TRX app wasn’t much help; the workouts are mostly for the suspension trainer, and finding workouts for the bands was difficult. There are so few workouts available, that you’re better off just hitting youtube for “resistance band workouts.” I recommend these bands for people who don’t regularly lift weights. Will I keep them? I’ll probably keep them to throw them in my suitcase if traveling, just to do some light workouts and not get stale, but for home use — I needed something more.

Very disappointment in this product. The slot is not thick enough to thread anything but the blue (least resistance) band through. Hopeless with the green bands and virtually impossible with the yellow bands. Bits were shaved off every time I threaded them through. One snapped mid workout – TRX accepted no responsibility when I complained.

Dont let the fact that these are the smallest bands in the TRX range get to you. You can always double them up and expand your collection buy purchasing a yellow bands later. The handles are great and prevent the pinching you might get especially when using narrow bands and also help you push harder on the bands with comfort.I use these daily for high rep isolation work. The increasing tension as you stretch them more hits your body in a different way to free weights and I’ve seem increased mobility, strength, size and better recovery using these.I hope to use the pair of blue / green band for speed bench work but I haven’t had a chance to do this yet. I have used them in conjunction with dumbbells for stuff like strict curls were they work well together to add a few extra kilos to the top of the lift were dumbbell tension drop offs (accommodating resistance).

The TRX Bandit is a great place to start if you want to get into doing banded workouts! The kit comes with 4 bands – 2 blue bands rated 5-15lbs (2-7kg) and 2 green bands rated 15-30lbs (7-14kg). If you’re wondering how the ratings work, they indicate the amount of resistance at 50% and 100% stretch. So, the blue band offers 5lbs of resistance when stretched halfway, and 15lbs of resistance when fully stretched. The bands themselves are of great quality and have consistent flexion as they stretch to capacity – many cheaper bands don’t. They’ll last a long time.The selling point of the Bandit – and the feature that makes it worth buying, instead of any of the ‘no name’ band sets you can find here on Amazon – are the 2 Bandit handles. They are made of a durable yellow plastic with rubber grips. I can’t imagine breaking these! The rubber is very grippy without being sticky and is very tough; if you’ve ever used any of the TRX Pro Suspension Trainers, it’s the same stuff, and the Pro suspension trainers last forever, even in a gym or studio environment. You needn’t worry about them wearing out. At just under 4cm in diameter, the handles are a little fatter than the handles on a Pro suspension trainer (which makes sense, so you can load multiple bands into them). For scale, I have a men’s L/XL hand/glove size – roughly 7 3/4in or 20 cm.Loading the bands onto the handles is simple, although it took me a few tries to really get the hang of it. Stretch the band a little, using your foot to hold it down, then slide the handle over the narrow part of the band where it’s thinned a little from you stretching it. Repeat with the other handle and/or more bands and voila! You’re ready to go. The only other thing to remember is to keep the slot/gap on the handle opposite from the direction of resistance, so the bands stay on the handles.This kit is definitely worth it! No more pinching rubber on the hands, excellent build quality and durability, and small and light enough to pack into an overnight bag when you travel. And when you get stronger (although these 4 bands will be more than enough for quite awhile), just add on heavier TRX bands – they all fit the Bandit handles. Recommended!!
