Customers say
Customers love these alphabet blocks for their beautiful carving detail, solid wood construction, and great size that’s perfect for little toddler hands. They appreciate the blocks as a baby shower activity and consider them good value for money, with one customer noting they’re easy to decorate with a sharpie. While customers like that each block has two letters, they note that not all letters of the alphabet are included.

Great Item and Easy to Decorate
Great item! I bought these for a Baby Shower so that guests could decorate the blank sides. I had a little trouble figuring out how to paint the raised letters and thought I would share what I came up with if anyone was looking to do something similar with this item. I experimented with different mediums and here is what worked best for me: I purchased Pigment Ink in various colors from a local craft store. I tried a few different brands and Colorbox was the best I found for this project. It was the most vibrant and lasted the longest in terms of how many stamps I got out of each ink pad (I made 70 blocks with 7 different colors and stamped both sides). You might be tempted to just put the block directly on the ink pad, and although this works sometimes many of your blocks will be ruined as ink will get on areas of letter side you do not want to color. I purchased a large piece of rubber from the craft store (meant for etching and stamping) and cut the size I needed. I then continued to ink the rubber stamp I had made and stamp each side of the block with the desired color. You may have to reapply the color 2-3 times to get full coverage, but the results are great. I did one side at a time and gave it several hours between sides. Please keep in mind that Pigment Ink takes several days to completely dry so this is a project best done a week before the event and not the night before or your guests will end up with ink stains on their hands. As far as what to use for writing and decorating the blank sides…ball point pen (they come in all the colors of the rainbow so you are not just stuck with black and blue) work best. Markers bleed into the wood unless you treat each side of the block an art fixative (krylon makes one) and gelpens smudge too easily. I hope my trial and error helps the next person with their craft project.

Beautifully crafted
These are beautifully crafted blocks – much nicer than similar options I found in the local craft stores – and affordably priced. We painted them as a baby shower game/gift. Will buy again!

Great quality blocks
I was very satisfied with these ABC blocks. I purchased them as a baby shower activity and painted the letters accordingly to my liking. Everyone drew something for my baby to learn. I highly recommend so you can have your guests get a little crafty.

Great blocks!
These blocks are beautiful and well made! I got them for a baby shower for the intention of everyone painting/decorating a block during the shower. I clearly did not read or look the pictures closely. There are not 26 blocks, many of the blocks have more than one letter on it. This was really disappointing after I opened it and realized it (right before the shower ð¤¦ð¼ââï¸) but it worked out fine. I just need to read before I buy something! Iâd still recommend them because theyâre made well and beautiful!

Lovely blocks
I used these blocks for some craft projects that I occasionally do and have been buying them for years. They are always lovely – well made, of excellent wood, clean, and attractive. They paint well and I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend.
