Wonderful bowls!
These bowls are really attractive, well-made and packed with the utmost care. I was expecting so-so red bowls that would serve my purpose. Because there seems to be so little quality control these days I had very low expectations. What a wonderful pleasant surprise! The color is vibrant red and the outside of the bowls have a subtle distinctive pattern that adds to their uniqueness. Their size is not too small and not too big but just perfect for salad bowls, dessert bowls, whatever. They were a beautiful addition to my Christmas dining table.I couldnât be more pleased with every aspect of these bowls. Highly recommend them!

Beautiful dishes; a bit pricey, but worth the cost.
Love these dishes! Bought 2 sets of the bowls, small plates, and large plates to replace my old dishes. Love the glaze, pattern, and thickness of them. Been using them a few weeks now and they are holding up well. They seem very durable and have been fine in the dishwasher and microwave. Highly recommend them. They are a bit pricey, but I think they’ll hold up over time and are very well made.

Nice looking, sturdy, microwave and dishwasher safe
Bought these bowls to replace a set of older, heavier, same size bowls. These bowls have a glaze that looks nice, and they’re well made and durable. They aren’t overly hot when they come out of the microwave, and they are fine in the dishwasher. The size is great, too. If I have any quibble, it’s that the glaze is more uniform than the Amazon pictures show. But that’s really minor. They do look good, and we’re really happy with them.

Love these bowls. Larger than most. Heavy and beautiful for our modern style home. Does have old world heft and hammering type divets. Be aware when buying multiple sets there is a fair amount of color variation as the picture shows.

Very pretty color yellow
I compared this bowl to a pasta bowl that is 8.5 inches. Pretty good size for a cereal / soup bowl.They are not as solid as I had hoped. I suggest handling them carefully. Not too thin but not thick either. The yellow is a warm almost golden color. Actually like honey mustard. I do see some discoloration of lighter globs of paler yellow marks which donât look natural. Can definitely tell there wasnât enough coloring in spots.The outer sides are fine. Not too shiny either. That I love. Feeling wise they are smooth so if you have dry hands be careful it slips from your hand if not held on the bottom part also. Stacking is a little bit of a challenge if you like your bowls perfectly set. I do because the cabinet Iâm putting them in has no doors. I know it sounds like Iâm not going to enjoy using or having these but I am very happy I just have to be careful is all. These are definitely a very good fair price. This yellow is a perfect yellow in my opinion. Very well packaged oh and these bowls are not too heavy for those with arthritis these should be fine most likely will need both hands because they are very smooth.

Why did I wait so long to buy these bowls?
Let me start by saying that I did not need new dinnerware, but I happened across these bowls while perusing Amazon. They were beautiful and I put them in my wishlist to decide for a later day, since they are a bit pricy. I am frugal. My original dinnerware set came from Walmart at $1 a plate and I was still happy with them. As time passed, every time I went on the Amazon website, I would look at these bowls again and again and again. I just loved them, but they were way more expensive than I would normally spend on myself for something I donât need. Well, I decided for my birthday I was going to splurge and get these because I loved them so much. Let me tell you, I was not disappointed. I actually did a happy dance when opening the boxes. They are even more beautiful in person and worth every penny. I will warn you, each bowl will not be a replica of one another. There will be varying differences in the colors, but still in the same family. I actually like that. It is like each bowl has its own personality. You can see from the pictures all the different shades, but still with similarity. The pictures attached are of the two most varied bowls so you can see the potential of coloring. They stack easily in my cabinet as well. I love the uneven surface on the outside of the bowl. This does not impede the bowl being able to sit flat/flush to the table. It is merely decorative. The color is a dark Blue which is my favorite color. They feel durable. Not too heavy, not too light. Heavier than my Walmart glass plates, however. My only downside was that they come in only a 6 pack. I felt I needed more bowls than that so I bought two packages. Twelve is definitely more than I need, but hey, now I have extras if I drop one. IN LOVE!

Great size for any pasta or soup. The ‘dimples’ on the outside are really neat! Holds plenty. The colour is a beautiful speckled blue. The photo doesn’t do it justice! You can not only see the great quality, but feel it too.I loved the look of these pasta bowls so much, that I also ordered the set of 4 – 18ounce coffee mugs, set of 6 coffee mugs, dinner plates (set of 6), Salad plates (set of 6), 24 Oz Soup Bowls with Handles (set of 4), and the set of 6 Chinese Porcelain Soup Spoons. All are such stunning shades of blue!! Highly recommend Vicrays items. Their customer service is also second to none!
