Two Ways To Recharge The Power Bank:

Charging Note:
1.If your device doesn’t support fast charging, the power bank won’t fast charge your device.
2.If your device supports fast charging, the power bank will automatically recognize and fast charge your device when connected to the power bank.
3.When fast charging, this LED display will have the fast charging symbol.
How To Enter The Low Current Mode? In the power-on state, after connecting the low-current devices, long-press the power button for 2 seconds, the second digit on the LED display will rotate once every five seconds, which means the power bank enters the low current mode.
How To Exit The Low Current Mode? To exit the low current mode, press and hold the button for 2 seconds or double click the button to turn off the power to exit the low current mode.*PLEASE NOTE: Most devices such as Bluetooth headsets and watches need to be switched to low current mode to charge their devices when using this power bank. Otherwise, this power bank can’t charge the low-current devices.
Please note the following factors that affect the battery life:
1. Frequent charging and discharging at the same time will affect the life of the battery and reduce its capacity of the battery.

Great for travel and blackouts!
Took this on a trip with the kids and just got back to a power outage and we love it!Cons – on the heavier side; takes a long time to charge via outlet; cable are short – wish this also had a strap to hold onto your device, but having the cables built in while traveling saved us from having to dig in our bags for longer cables so honestly I didnât even think about grabbing another cable to use; feels a little loose in outlets and you need one with plenty of clearance under it (my momâs kitchen counter the outlet is sideways and this wanted to flop forward a bit so I had to push something g up against it to hold it closer to wall to charge).Pros – outweigh any cons. Looking back I see that itâs supposed to charge faster with a USB cable which I didnât realize, I just plug it into the wall – not all of these portable chargers have that feature, I absolutely love that because this makes it really handy if you forget the wall plug piece (and I also donât have to deal with USB versus USB-C plug ends which I am dealing with as I am trying to switch more over to USB-C instead of USB-A and have some of both with the different wall plugs). This fully charged up my phone, my daughterâs phone, and was still over 30%. It does take a while to recharge plugged into the wall, but our phones were charged to the point where we didnât need it while it recharged. Bought this for my son for Christmas so we havenât had it that long, but havenât used as much. Seems to hold its charge a long time, I hadnât plugged it in for a while before we left in my son had used it and it was still nearly fully charged when we grabbed it for the trip. I specifically picked this one because it also has a micro USB option, lightning, cable, and the USB-C cable. Micro USB my son has his insulin pump and also my mom had an older device we were able to charge on it unexpectedly. We are still on the older iPhones with lightning cables, otherwise this would be better with two USB-C cables, but they are short so you couldnât really have two people using their phones at once on it, and USB-C is great for everything else now.We got back to a power outage and it was on 70% from charging my phone on the drive home – charged up 2 phones overnight and itâs still at more than 30%. On the cruise, the boys were running around everywhere and they use the heck out of this all week sharing between them, I doubt they ever really plugged it back into the wall. Based on my usage, I would say this can get you through at least 48 hours or more depending on how heavily you use your devices.High quality, great value, very much appreciate that we had this on our trip and didnât have to deal with dying phones. I am looking into some sort of strap to attach it to my phone just to make carrying it around easier because it does become very bulky when you have them together, although with menâs pockets, my son didnât have any problem, putting it in his pocket with his phone, womenâs jeans they didnât want to fit together in my back pocket.

Great Portable Charger
I love this portable charger, and I use it everyday. It lasts for several hours and charges my phone and multiple devices quickly, efficiently and simultaneously. However, patience is a virtue while waiting for the portable to charge in the wall outlet. As a result, I generally charge mine overnight. Otherwise, it is a great product that I highly recommend.

YOU NEED TO BUY THIS!!
I canât even count how many times this thing has saved myself and my family. First things first: You charge it by plugging it into a wall. That means you donât have to find a cord and a block to plug it into! Flip the prongs down, and bam itâs charging. Second: it lasts FOREVER. I can charge so many things with a full battery. Third: it has 3 different cable options! AND THEYâRE ATTACHED! Plus, thereâs also a USB port if you need to plug in anything else! My kids are rough on this, so eventually the cord may stop working like mine. Itâs been over a year of using this thing and it was bound to happen. But I just plug a short cable into the usb spot and theyâre good to go! For the price, you cannot beat buying this. I tell everybody about it and am always questioned where I got it. It is a little bulky, but that has never bothered me. It also does take awhile to fully charge, but I usually just plug it in before I go to bed and depending on how low charged it was, itâs usually ready to go by the morning. I will be purchasing one for each of my kids for Christmas and my mom!!

Good product
This is a great charger until it stopped working about 6 months in. It still charges itself perfectly but will no longer charge my iPhone with the attached cable. We had the same problem with the 10000 mAH charger prior to this. Iâve tried finding a way to contact customer service to see if there is a way to reset the chargers but havenât had luck yet.

Really like this device. It has built in cables for just about anything, built in wall plug, and lots of power. It is big and hefty though, a bit more than I had imagined. You might want to go with the 10,000mAh version if the weight and size might be an issue. However, it is nice to have lots of power to spare. Could probably charge most phones from dead to full about 3 times, the smaller one probably about 1.5 times.If you are charging the power bank by plugging it directly into an outlet, it has full power pass-through device charging while charging the bank as well. If charging the power bank via the USB C port, the pass-through charging is only 1 amp until the power bank itself is fully charged. However, the USB C charging option can charge the power bank about twice as fast (6 hours instead of 11 hours). Also, this gives you the option to charge the power bank while in the car. It could be easy to confuse the USB-C input port as an output port, it does say “in” in tiny letters but that would be easy to overlook.This could replace your wall adaptor and cord, though you might want longer cords if you want to use the device while charging or you want to charge multiple devices at once.It can charge low power devices (e.g. earbuds) as well but it needs to be put in low power charging mode. Otherwise, it simply does not charge the device. To put in low power charging mode: With the device connected, hold down power button for 2 seconds. Every 5 seconds, the last digit will rotate. Double click to get it back to normal charging mode.

I charged this product fully and then used it for about a week (with constant use) before I had to even think about charging it again. It charged my phone fully about 5-6 times before going down to 20%, when I charged it again.I would worry about the weight of it being a problem for the prongs after a while, but so far I have no issue. I was also concerned about overheating after reading some reviews, but so far itâs been perfectly fine. Charging my iPad had no issue, and leaving the product to charge overnight was no problem either.Itâs a little bulky and the length of the built in cords makes it even more awkward to hold, but overall I highly recommend!!

I went with the upgraded mAh for this one and I was shocked at how heavy and bulky it is compared to the old one, thatâs the only con I have for this thing. I purchased this power bank to replace my old bank that could plug into the wall and my other bank that couldnât.I was looking for something that could charge my switch on the go without having to carry a separate cable.I originally found the 10,000mAh one and then saw that this 20,000mAh one was $15 off, making it around $7-$8 more than the 10,000mAh one, so why not go for the one that carries double the charge.This power bank is thick and it is heavy, but seeing as it is to hold a lot of charge for a long time, the size and weight of it is pretty good. You probably wonât notice it in your tote bag or backpack, but would probably notice it in your pocket, fanny pack or smaller purse/bag.I can confirm that it does charge my switch and phone at the same time. It did take my switch a while to start charging, maybe 3 seconds, but it did charge, and at the same time as my phone.Overall, I believe this is an amazing product for a great price (I had a $15 coupon). If you donât mind the extra weight and size, this power bank is the one for you. No need for extra cables, can charge while plugged into the wall, and can charge multiple devices at a time.
