This was a purchase for my son who is a very busy dad of three small boys and doesn’t have much time to go to the gym. He absolutely loves them because he could do this anywhere even in his office which he does often . They have a little bag to carry everything in, and he can carry all of the bands or just one or two with him. He can do this in any of the kids rooms when they’re doing their homework or when traveling. The resistance bands have different amounts of resistance so you can alternate your workout according to what your needs are. The bands are very well-made and the hooks are easy to attach.

These WHATAFIT resistance bands have been an awesome addition to my home gym setup! The variety of resistance levels makes them great for everything from light stretching to strength training. I love that they come with handles, ankle straps, and a door anchorâsuper versatile for full-body workouts.The materials feel high-quality and durable, and the bands have held up really well so far. Iâve used them for upper body, lower body, and core training without any issues. Plus, the whole set is compact and easy to store or travel with.The only small downside for me is that Iâm 5 feet tall, so the bands are just a bit long for certain exercisesâbut Iâve been able to work around it by adjusting my stance or doubling the band. Great Set of Exercise Bands
This is a great set of exercise bands, particularly for the money. Very similar to the ones I use at my local club only I can use them in the privacy of my garage! Love the handles, very friendly to your hands. The different resistance pounds makes the very versatile and also to ankle straps can add a routine to your exercise regiment. Now have not used them that long but I don’t see why they will not last for a while. Hoping to get a couple of years out of them.
