Combining bands gives you 3 levels of assistance – one with the thicker band, one with the thinner band, and one with both bands. This allows you to do sets where you start with the thicker band and then add the thinner band to squeeze out a few additional reps. As your strength gradually increases, you can switch from double bands to the thicker band and then the thinner band alone.

Customers say
Customers find the resistance band durable and effective for pull-ups, helping them build muscle strength and perform more repetitions than without assistance. The band offers good resistance for various exercises, including weight lifting and booty workouts, and customers consider it worth the price. However, several customers report issues with the band snapping after about four months of use or breaking during workouts.

Durable, portable, and very versatile!
I do all of my working out and training at home, so I was interested in purchasing this so I could add some versatility into my workouts!* * I have updated my review a little since buying the red band I’ve also purchased the black and purple one!A few things I great enjoy about these bands:Versatility – Since I starting using this Iâve added numerous exercises to my program, especially where there are limitations due to lack of equipment. The most helpful has assisted dips and pull-ups. I weigh about 230 lbs with a heavier lower body so even just one pull-up was out of the question before using these bands. If needed you can also easily combine and use bands together for a little added resistance if need be.Portability â though the original intent was for the benefits while at home, they have also proven to be of great use while Iâm on my trips for weeks on end. Depending on where Iâm traveling for work I might not have access to a hotel exercise facility or nearby gym. This takes care of that issue because they are so easy to wrap up and store away without taking up much space! Because theyâre so travel heavy I usually end up taking 2 or 3 different bands with me! When I have them on my travels Iâm able to add a variety of exercises at my disposal with resistance. Occasionally itâs a challenge to figure out how Iâm going to do a few exercises but sometimes it just takes a little creativity.Durability â these bands can take a beating and still hold up! Even when stretched past the recommended limits they still keep their integrity. Though as a safety precaution you should always check your bands to make sure there is no chance of them snapping during your workout! All in all I absolutely would recommend these bands for you to try! Great quality and great price! They even come with a 60 day satisfaction guarantee and a lifetime warranty, so youâre taken care of if something (by some crazy chance) happens.

5′ 7” 155lbs, Get the Black Bands for Exercises
For starters I got the black band. The reason I wanted this is because I was in an area temporarily and didn’t want to commit myself to a gym. I do love weight lifting but I hadn’t done so for nearly a year and I just didn’t want to pay for starting and ending and new member fees. I just wanted to get fit but without the hassle that gyms usually demand. I also lived in a house that wasn’t mine and would only be traveling to and fro through plane. I didn’t want to buy any weights for myself, not even dumbbells, because I wouldn’t be able to fly back home with those and even if I could I had some at home. The black bands were pretty good for me. I use them for exercises, not to supplement exercises. What I mean by that is that I use them to do my bicep/tricep/and shoulder exercises, not to help me do an easier pull up. With that in mind, if you’re going to use them for purposes such as me, you need to get the right resistance weight and the chart isn’t going to help you. At this point it’s all about what resistance you can take.I am 5’7” and weight 155lbs. I have been going to the gym on and off for about 3 years now. Full clothed you could tell I’m not fat and more on the lean muscular side, but I’m not that toned at all. So if you’re in my position, the black bands would be right for you. I could have even gotten away with the red bands honestly. If I did, I would be able to do a lot more reps than I am doing now. I am very glad I didn’t go for anything more than a black because I wouldn’t be able to handle them.If you want more resistance you can always shorten the range you’re letting yourself have by stepping on more of the band before lifting up, but you can’t have less resistance than what the band offers you.

Ottimo prodotto, ben fatto.

I’ve given this little nugget a thorough testing in the gym and have to say I’m hugely impressed. Pull-ups have always been my nemesis due to size. Call it vanity but most regular gym goers will know that if you’re 17 stone and can do pull-ups then you’re seriously into fitness. This is where this strength band comes into play. It made doing the missing link in my routine a breeze. As with most who lift moderate to heavy weights I was sceptical when purchasing this, (along with another resistance level band), but I needn’t have been worried. It really does play up to the boasts of the supplier. Not only that but it’s discreet enough not to make it look as if it’s doing all the work yet strong enough to actually do what it’s meant to, and that’s to get you to complete the full range needed to complete the exercise.I’m only going on this one band (Purple) at the moment because I’ve bought another which I’ll review separately, so I’ll simply say that based on my experience of this item’s use by saying that this is a very welcome addition to my gym bag. Unobtrusive yet very well made this power band is going to make my life a whole lot easier and a welcome addition to my gym bag.I should mention that just because it calls itself a ‘pull-Up band’ doesn’t in any way mean it’s limited to that. I’ve tried it out in lateral raises, as a t-bar row and more and it’s passed all with flying colours. I can honestly see myself getting the whole range for my family and social network are fitness fanatics. I’ve given it to several members of the gym I’m in to try, both male and female and they all think the same as me. I’m planning on running some of the lesser resistance ones on some less abled bodies people in the coming weeks and will update this review accordingly, at the moment it remains as a highly recommend gym and fitness aid that has no age restriction only strength.I mention strength because this is one of the more heavy duty of the bands on offer by this seller and does need some strength to use it. I plan on accessing the whole range if possible to gauge what and how well it performs at certain exercises. Until then all I can say with this is…What a find. I’m delighted to be recommending it as a perfect stocking filler for both those who work out at the highest level in the gym or even those who want to bring the gym to the home. I’ll expand on that in my next review. (No pun intended).Oh, I should say that delivery was top rate, customer service second to none, and product value for money just about as good as you’re going to get.
