Nice but could have been better..
I recently ordered these wooden blocks. The package includes a wooden base plate, 150 blocks, a building guide, and a drawstring bag. The description says 300 blocks whereas the package includes 150 blocks. These blocks come in different sizes. These wooden building blocks fit together, but not all. Sometimes they are not easy to take out or put in. The blue pegs on the same sometimes pull out while disassembling the blocks, so children under 5 need adult supervision while they play with them. These are open-ended blocks so there is a lot of building possibilities with it.

It’s a good production for kids to learn thinking and stacking. Good for their brains and the ability of using hands.

Kid loves it
I bought this for my 5 year old, it’s light weighted, no odor, and easy to play with. It could be more precise, we are seeing spaces between the blocks, but he seems doesn’t mind and it works great for him to create wooden pictures on the board.

Misaligned pieces
This product could use some work. The blue pegs that are meant to put the pieces together are not even and it makes it incredibly difficult to attach any of the pieces together or to the board. Nothing is square so there’s a lot of places you can’t even put a block. We also had an issue with the pegs coming out of the blocks completely when trying to pull them apart. It does come with a lot of pieces in varying sizes which is very nice.

Nothing better than the classics
This is a review for Wooden Building Blocks for Toddlers Ages 3 4 5 6 Years Old – 300 Pcs Wooden Blocks Little Architect Construction Toy for Boys & Girls, Kids Montessori Wooden Building Blocks Stacking Toy.This is a close as you can get to the old reliable wooden building blocks. It has a major upgrade though. If only I had had the tabs to help hold things together as well as aligned.This building set is great. It simple but it provides a way to keep the blocks aligned and together while you continue to build. I really like that a flat base is included and the blue pegs are excellent tohelp hold things together. Unfortunately, more often than not, these blue pegs come loose when you presenting the possibility of a choking risk so it really should be and younger than 6 in my opinion.All told, it a new spin on the old Lincoln Log with a few upgrades. Unfortunately, these upgrades present a choking hazard for some of the age range the maker suggest this. With that, being a major oversight, I can’t rate it higher than a 3.

We all enjoyed playing with these.
These blocks went over very well in our house. Our grandson started stacking them knocking them down then stacking them again. We tried to build stuff with him but he seemed to like knocking them down as much as possible. Nothing wrong with that. I can tell you the blocks are sturdy and will stand up to punishment!Sometimes they don’t want to come apart but that’s no different than LEGOs. Some are really tight fitting and some just barely “sit” together. Nothing unusual when it comes to construction blocks.We (the parents) really liked the bag it came with. Any toy that has its own good storage solution is a win in our book. When we were done we put everything in the drawstring bag until next time. Cleaned up and ready for something new.I’m a little suspect of the quality of the blocks and the fit with the blue pegs but overall I’d say this is a good toy to have in your household.
Allergic to Cats –
These are pretty small for wooden blocks, about the size of normal Lego bricks. Makes them much easier to carry, store, and, of course, lose.They’re like Lego in another way: the peg on top and hole underneath that allows Lego to be stacked and connected. Makes it much easier to stack them into something like a wall or a castle without it falling down.
Crazy Craze –
The pieces are all smoothly sanded down and there are no raggedy pieces at all so from a safety standpoint, I was happy. However, we found that the tolerances are quite irritating with some pieces not fitting properly. Maybe a dud in the set that I got… but it really makes it hard to recommend.
