Soft, Easy-Roll, High Tack
Yoga can be a sweaty endeavor; and doing it on an inexpensive PVC mat can be frustrating. The first drop of sweat makes the mat slippery and many Yoga moves such as downward dog suddenly get much harder. This mat is grippy. The rubber that touches the floor grips a hard floor nicely. The top side is tacky. If feels a little bit like it’s been sprayed with Post-It note glue, but that does not cause it to attract a lot of dirt and dust. There are rare moments when it feels a little goopy to me and I would appreciate a drier grippy feeling as I have with a mat that has a thin suede working surface. There are also moments when my face is near the mat and I feel mildly unhappy about the smell. All mats smell a little; but I slightly prefer the smell of suede to this smell. The amount of cushion in this mat is excellent for its thickness. Because it is thin and flexible it rolls up tightly with ease. I like the dark color and the design that’s printed on the mat.

Good performance and worth the price.
I ordered the Yoga Design Infinity Mat to define my exercise area and to provide traction instead of doing exercises on the carpet. I’m not really doing yoga per se, but I do stretches, planking and various other efforts.A number of online comparisons of yoga mats listed this mat as one of the best and I must agree. The surface is sufficiently grippy without being sticky and it has survived daily use for a couple of months now. Some people have complained about a rubber smell but I did not find the smell to be too much. The mat is ready to roll out and easy to roll up.The only downsides for my use of the Yoga Design Infinity Mat is that it is a bit short for some of my exercises, and it is a tad bit narrow. My arms extend a bit past the end of the mat on some exercises and I have to be careful with side to side placement.Overall this mat is worth the price and I’m glad to have made the purchase.

A wonderful addition to any yoga flow!
I love this mat. It is perfect for hot yoga classes because the sweat is quickly absorbed, allowing me to practice without the distraction of a wet mat. I love the design too. It is gorgeous to look at, gives me focal points during my postures, and helps me to align my body since it clearly shows the center of the mat. It is comfortable on the feet and has a good balance of being firm, but soft. Only downside is that it is heavy to carry, but that weight is well worth it! Although it is expensive, I am very happy with my choice of mat!

I love it
My husband bought this for me for Christmas and I love it. I think it’s the best yoga mat I’ve ever had. Its super comfortable and stays in place on the floor. The grip for my hands is amazing so I don’t slide at all. There is a slight smell to it but I only smell it when my nose is smushed into the mat lol. I have been leaving it out in my room to try and get rid of the smell. It’s a little better after a couple weeks but still there. Overall, I love it though I wouldn’t have paid the price he paid. I feel it’s overpriced for a yoga mat but it was a gift so I’ll hush and accept the gift.

Gorgeous nonslip yoga mat!
I was looking for a new ecofriendly nonslip yoga mat. I bought 3 on Amazon from different companies to compare. Two TPE mats that claim to be nonslip are very slippery for my dry skin. This Infinity Mat is perfect, though there is a little less grip on the areas with black print then on the solid background color. The mandala print really does help with alignment. My thicker 5 mm mat is still quite firm for balancing poses, so I don’t need to step off my mat. The only drawbacks might be that this 5 mm mat is a bit heavy and bulky when rolled up in my yoga bag…but it is still the best mat I have ever had!

Great Non Slip, Oddly Heavy
Very comfortable, heavier than youâd expect, and definitely smelled when I first got it. I sprayed mine down with a hose on both sides and left in the sun to dry, and that helped A LOT. Best mat Iâve ever owned.

Great grip!
Love the grip on this mat! I wish I wouldâve ordered a different color. The black stains my toe nails a bit after every practice. Iâve wiped the mat several times and the black is still staining. Hoping it eventually wears off.

Non mi è piaciuto che solamente nell’involucro di plastica che avvolge il tappetino compaia la sigla PU che significa poliuretano, materiale che può essere cangerogeno. Vorrei restituire il prodotto.

This mat feels buttery soft to your bones but is made for incredible grip and to keep you from sliding. I took the 5 mm because my spine is a softie and it’s perfect for my morning yoga 🙂 It doesn’t slip when I sweat and I’ve not been in pain from my bones being too close to the floor!
